Incorrectly deleted my dream miles

An apparent computer glitch resulted in Air Miles taking away all my dream miles. Chat line says need to call. But phone message says only answering calls when caller has a flight departing in the next few days. They have given me no way to reach them. Horrid customer service!

Sat on my telephone for over 4 hours today and nobody picked from Air Miles.

I called just to SIMPLY get a customer service representatives help as i lost my Air Miles card. I had moved and could not access my account as i had a new email address. I waited for 4 hours with no representive responding. Buy CAA instead

I'm still on hold after 1 and half hour

The worse communication system any company can have. There is no email address on their website, but they tell you to let them know about any suggestions. I wonder how?? I see, by waiting on the phone for hours. After 20 years of being their customer and observing how their service is getting worse rather than better, I feel to be no longer bothered collecting those miles. Eventually, in BC there is only ONE in-store partner and that's Shell. They lost a big chain of grocery stores, so there is none. They are proud to be around since 1992 but didn't realize that those customers who started with them those 30 years ago are now seniors who don't shop at Sephora or similar stores. Seniors want to save money on food as pensions are for laugh. So I wonder how really Airmiles help to save any money. Does anybody know?

Their mistake at my expense.

AvI booked a car through Airmiles to go on a vacation. I got to the car rental place and was told there was a balance at drop off. I called the help line and I was bounced around for 6 hours on my first day of vacation! I had no choice but to take the car and continued to sort it out throughout my vacation so that I didnt have a bill waiting for me at the end. So much for that, as I paid the bill. Six weeks later, they are still jerking me around telling me they are waiting for an answer from CARNET, the company they use to book the cars. The Budget they sent me to doesnt participate at all in the Airmiles program. In fact, the manager told me they dont because of all the problems that they have one. Client is coming to pick up the car.

Your customer service should more detailed information of Products you carry for the customers to access to use the air miles frequently as well as how customers can use their Air Miles for travelling with details on flights, hotels , restaurants and rental cars .

Unsatisfactory response to request for hotel cancelation

Unable to find access by phone or on website to request hotel reservation cancellation and refund. Confirmation am - 5238****. No portals on website, no direct response on chat line - merely phone line to Points.com.

Trying to speak to someone for help is just shocking poor customer service

spent all day trying to get help to access my account and find where my air miles have gone lack of info eg email address uk phone number uk customer services ended up on chat to discover it was someone in UAE who couldn't help as they cant access UK accounts still no help at 19.23 so wasted a whole day searching for help

Nobody home on the phone, email sign in doesn't work

Can't get thru the pin fiasco, set and reset, no go. Your web site is a gong show. We're not flying anymore, IU don't want dream miles

Very long wait

I waited for more than 3 hours for an air miles customer service to answer because I didnt get my items delivered to my house while I was all day sitting in my house: I just got a notice left in my mailbox from a lazy canada post driver. But no one answered me!!!

Worst customer service ever!

worst customer service ever. I have been calling and waiting in line for more than 40 mins three times and then it just hang up. I haven't been this frustrated with a customer service without talking to anyone.

Customer Service??? What customer service???

I put 1 star because I needed to add a rating, but I believe a new rating system that begins with -20 stars needs to be created for Air Miles! I have been on the phone to contact their customer service for OVER 2 HOURS now, and am still on the phone as I submit this complaint and not a single solitary person has answered yet! All you get is a repeat message that their Ambassadors are working hard to answer each call and they thank you for your patience. While I understand that many sectors are short staffed and what not, I refuse to believe it takes over 2 hours for someone to answer a call!! Maybe it's just me, but...how can you be customer service when you don't even answer to offer customer service?? I tried their online self-serve options which did not appear to resolve my issue, and I tried their online Chat option which is a robot that refers you back to the online options!!! There should be a law to force the closure of businesses like this, which in my experience and based on other customer complaints/comments/reviews, OBVIOUSLY have zero care or consideration for their customers. Two+ hours on hold...just RIDICULOUS.

Lost my card

I lost my wallet in Paris last September. It included my Air Miles card amongst other cards, etc. Please send me replacement card.
