Inept. Website continuously down, terrible customer service

I was in US website broken Called Unhelpful service Told me 2,500. To change a ticket It was 200 INEPT In France- website broken FIFTH TIME!! Tried to get first class Forwarded onto THREE PEOPLE NOONE HELPED NEVER FLY AGAIN. only Delta

They charged me twice

My last trip to Nigeria, I just found out in my credit card statement that Air france charges me ($1,536.65) twice on my credit card. It has been confirmed by capital one credit card.

Reservation Change waiting for email from customer service about changing my flight

Name changing

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to ask you for information. I bought tickets for the flight to Paris through Croatia airlines, but your company air France air transports. Since my husband is unable to go on a trip because of a sudden job, I would like to give the ticket to another person. Horrible customer service and fraud

Air France did not issue a voucher on a cancelation due to COVID 19. They do not respond to emails and no luck with getting a support on the phone.

Miscommunication within Airfrance staff

My flight was changed and I received an email informing me of the chance. I had to dig on the website and finding that Airfrance has another flight 2 hours earlier than my existing flight departure. I had to call them ask why I wasnt proposed to be on the earlier flight instead of moving me to the next day. This is really bad internal communication and would have cost me a lot loosing my connecting destination which I had to take with Eurostar to London then loose British airways flight back to Los Angeles.

Bagage lost

Baggage declared lost at destination. No contact from the AF service claim. Need to call to get updates. Kind people answering you , but do not feel that something is done to find your luggage. Just save time. Administrative task. At the end after 21 days, baggage declared definitively lost and compensation very low vs content price. Only 20% of the total lost items cost! Ridiculous. No telephone contact for considering your case despite request. Just admin work by email and claim space on site. Claim space doesn't allow to track history of message and post. You never know if what you've posted has been done properly...

Still waiting for my luggage 9 days later!!!!

Lors de mon vol du 24 juillet pour New York Air france à perdu mon bagage. Mes affaires et mes médicaments étaient à l'intérieur Aujourd'hui 13 juillet je ne l'ai toujours pas récupéré. Je suis sur le point de rentrer en France. J'ai passé mes vacances à téléphoner à Air France et FedEx pour savoir où etait ma valise. Le statut de mon bagage est en transit a Windsor depuis le 27 juin et FedEx ne prends pas la peine de me livrer ni même de me contacter pour m'informer malgré toutes mes relances! Mon bagage est à Windsor, Ct a tout juste 20 min de ma résidence et FedEx ne m'a toujours pas livré Ni Air France ni Fedex n'a essayé de trouver une solution Je suis sur le point de rentrer en france. Votre sercice client et vos prestataires ne sont en rien qualifiés ni professionnels. Il est inadmissible d'avoir à subir de tels manque de réactivité et de tels désagréments. Aussi pour tout ce préjudice je vous demande une compensation conséquente auquel cas je me verrais dans l'obligation de porter plainte pour abus.

Need urgent help for a very sick girl at cdg

Handicap service didn't show up on time, finally when they showed up, they were ruth, careless! They even pushed my sick with epilepsy child from a wheelchair! We didn't make our connection, now we are waiting 12 hrs on the airport with no access to any medical help nor support!

So air France is cancelled my flight yesterday Algeria to Kansas City in 5.40 Then they gave it to me in 10.30 if l pay my baggage with air algerie l arrived in Kansas l m not fund my baggage... because in Algeria l m not received my baggage number just no l looking for my baggage where is it thanks

Please my two baggage was lost on the 2nd of July due to your staff negligence who tagged another person name on my boxes which has been found in Germany and i told them to send it to Finland and I was told by the staff that it has been sent to Finland, yet I havent received a call from them nor my luggage. I was at Helsinki this evening and was told my boxes were not sent. Please Air France is known for losing baggages but I am stranger in Finland and I am stranded and do not have any money. Please I need my bag as I am traveling back on Saturday Kindly help me

We had to pay twice for the return ticket.

To whom it may concern, I have already been in contact several times with KLM regarding the situation that happened with my wife and two small children of several hours waiting and speaking on the phone. Each time getting a different reply to our situation. The last time I spoke with a customer service person based in Holland I was told that we will have to pay the 1500 surplus for the no show. Then once we are back in Spain that we need to make a reclaim and that we should not have a problem getting a refund considering the situation and in fact it was not a NO SHOW. They had checked in their luggage and were issued 3 boarding passes along with the ticket stubs for their luggage. So the NO SHOW clause does not imply in this situation. My wife and two children were not trying to benefit from any sort of discount regarding only using the return ticket of their flights. My wife merely went to the wrong boarding gate and Crazy as it may be, was allowed to board a plane that she did not have a ticket for. This is why we have attached a letter from Aerolinas Argentinas were it states that my wife and children did indeed board and fly on their flight from Madrid direct to Buenos Aires. We also attached a letter from immigration that my wife and kids did indeed enter Argentina. We just want the 1500 that we had to pay in addition to the costs of their original tickets. If we do not get the refund we will be left with no choice than to take this further with a lawyer in regards to the Council Directive 93/13/EEC. To the protection of the consumer. Delayed flight, very very late baggage (8 days later still waiting) and paid reservation seats no honoured.

Below you will find my email to Air France and get to see what the issue has been. Update as of June 24th: all five pieces of luggage have been retrieved and be delivered on Monday June 26th. Hello, My wife and I were booked to fly on AF596 from Conakry to Paris (June 13th) departing at 21:45 and supposed to arrive at 5:55 in Paris to connect with our next flight to Vancouver and then to Calgary. However, the flight was delayed in Conakry and we left at 1:47am from Conakry and arrived in Paris at 13:30. This delay caused major disruptions in our plans and we didn't fly according to initial booking (booking ###). All five baggages were lost (Fastrack File Reference Number ###) and still in the process of being sent to YYC at Delta Airline (which AF rerouted us with from Paris instead of Air France). According to regulation 261/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union I would like to make the claim on 2.2 fo the document but at this point because of the method I'm using (the only place I've found an email for Air France) for both my wife and I which we are entitled to 600 Euros (for cash refund). Further, we had paid extra to secure our seats on all three legs of our flights and we didn't have those seats honoured and would like to reimbursement for that please. Again with your response to my email I will be happy to provide all documentation necessary to show proof of late flights, proof of late luggage, proof of not getting our reserved seats we paid for. The staff on the phone is awful. They are rude, ineffective. I had a crisis come up today June 20th and had to postpone my reservation but they were so incompetent they couldnt take care of it. The lady I spoke to spoke such poor English that I was lucky to understand every ten words. It was a disaster. They would not quote a change fee or anything saying the back office would have to take care of it. They said this could take up to 72 hours. So. Let me get this straight, they somehow cancel my reservation while I wait for an answer. Then they likely would say it would cost a couple thousand to change the ticket. Every time I deal with them, I break down in tears and extreme anger over their inability to help. Each time I get a person from The Philippines who cant speak any English and if they do, its so broken and so bad, you are lucky to understand two words. Tried to change my reservation and they kept giving me the run around. I never am able to amend my booking online. Never. Im always told I have to contact phone support!!! Why!?? In this day and age NO matter what I should be the one able to change the reservation. I am sick of the bad treatment and bad attitude. Why cant they hire people who SPEAK ENGLISH! Id pay a fee if I could speak to a NATIVE speaker. Awful. I am so upset. They need to overhaul their customer service.

I need my money or ticket

It has been few months since I filled a refund, but I only received a very little of my money. If you guys cant refund me, it is better to reinstate my ticket so I can do whatever I want to do with it. Its not fair for me as your customer to go through this! I trusted Air France, and never expected that it will put me go through this! So sad! The is all about money, no mercy nor love!
