Auto change my Flight tickets departure date and return date to Taipei

Hi, I bought 6paxs of flight tickets to Taipei yestetday. After checking all the information are correct(flight departure and return date), then i make payment. i was very sure that i actually selected Departure date on 24/9/2023 and return date on 28/9/2023, i had double checking my departure date and return date before last step of makng payment, but why after payment done , i noticed that my flight date change to departure date on 28/9/2023,and return date on 01/10/2023. Please take note on my case and kindly ammend my flight date. Thank you

CASES TOOK MORE THAN 1 MONTH STILL HAVEN'T SETTLE

My cases (13144****) submitted on 19 June. It took more than a month and still in pending process and it said that Resolution is 30 days from date of submission. If you couldnt refund the first booking, unless returned the second booking that I had made. My trip is coming soon, so let me know as soon as possible so that I can plan on my side.

Terrible refund policies

I booked flights from India (Chennai) to Bali for June 2020. The flights were cancelled due to Covid-19. I was given travel vouchers as compensation. Here's where it gets really interesting. I have been trying to book tickets for the same route for October 2023. The vouchers are supposedly valid, but when I try to apply them to the purchase, I'm given the most obscure explanations for why I can't use them. The airlines does not have customer support, and I am repeatedly directed to an AI bot called "Bo" which is completely useless. Now I'm locked out of my own hard earned cash!!TryryT

Unsatisfied with air asia online tickets purchased

I bought 9 nine tickets from KLIA to Chennai last November 18th 2023. My fly date will be on 31st July 2023 and returning on 10th August 2023. The reason I bought this tickets is because there are promotions for baggage. 30kg free baggage for 2ways. Now I just notice that there are no any baggage allowance in my itinerary. When I email to air asia , I didn't get any propper answers .

Lack of communication

Our flight was cancelled in 2020 because of *** Covid and the world shutting down. After a long battle with trying to find out how to contact airasia not via a robot, I received a credit which expires next week. The 1st 1.5 years we weren't allowed to travel because of Covid. Now I can't book flights for next year and the phone no. in Sydney Australia isn't working. I don't have a mobile that can make overseas calls.

Domestic flight delay caused me to miss my international connecting flight. Air Asia is not compensating

AirAsia bluntly denied if any compensation. No response from our great system like consumer forum, DGCA, ministry of external affairs.Bottomline, you are off your own and system won’t help in case if genuine case like this.

A domestic flight delay from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore by 4 hrs caused me missing my international connecting flight to Toronto. Canada. They let me stranded in Bangalore airport and their staff didnt provide any help. I had to book an another flight on my own on emergency and fly back to Toronto next day. Air Asia customer service is just putting a sorry face, rather than compensating me on actual. Nobody should fly in this airline in India domestic as they are not reliable, not professional and in case of an issue will just ignore your connecting flight. Anyway, I decided to put this complaint to DGCA and Ministry of Civil Aviation as well as consulate, Canada.

I haven’t got my refund

So I had booked a flight from BOM -GOI on the 7th of June at 17:50 but the flight was then delayed for some reason. I went to Air Asias counter to see if I could get a full refund since the flight was delayed from the Airlines end. I spoke to one of their representatives, who told me yes I can avail a full refund and took all my details such as my name PNR and contact No and told me I should expect an email with a case on the very same day. I never got the email and today when I came back from Goa I called them to see whats the status of my refund. So now they say I was No show for that flight and I am not eligible for a refund, which is absolutely pathetic. Air Asia I never expected you guys to run a scam like this. Why did you say Id get a full refund in the first place and what did you take my details for? You guys are thieves, fooling around with your schemes and stealing peoples hard earned money. You guys are the worst.

My flight today 1.40..i reach 12.30..im ask staff how to print the ticket .. he tell go print the machine..I print ..but can't print loading until 10 minutes.. I'm ask help with air Asia staff..he come to help ..he tell boarding closed..just 10 minutes ..12.40 only..staff tell can't do anything..I'm asking help..he tell pay defends rm 600..what the *** AirAsia...we don't have money plant..

Bad experience with ground counter staff

Many passengers including my family Q half way got push n pull away in very rude manner by air asia ground counter staff without any reason. The rest of the service crew just ignored.

Just +ve 16/5/2023. A student at Unisza was found +ve on 20/5/23 and at the same time ticket dated on 21/5/23. Please consider with the unexpected reason.

Complaint

This AirAsia Malaysia airline charges too much hidden fees. The passengers cabin was filled up with too much bags in the overhead compartments and under-seat storages. The aisle was too dirty, for the duration of the entire flight, the children kept crying, the crews were too amateur to handle the situation. I would never fly AirAsia again.

Cheating Fraudulent and misleading No service no responsibility

I booked my holiday trip with AirAsia, I had some baggage issues while travelling to India, and the staff was very rude to me. I know I can only bring 7 kg on board, but when I checked it was a little high, so I'm glad to have it removed from my luggage. My complaint was that the staff had misled and cheated me. . The only instruction I received was to take the extra luggage from the carryon baggage and store it in my checked baggage. After that, she told me to pay an extra 46 aud for 2 kg, which I agreed as I dont want to make an issue. However, when I went to pay the amount at the counter, the other staff forced me to pay 92 aud as the luggage payment only up to Malaysia and that if I wanted to travel further, I would have to pay an additional fee. I refused at first, and they told me that they had already sent the baggage and that it was difficult to recall. I didn't want to ruin my vacation, so I just paid and left. I filed a complaint, but I have yet to receive a response. While returning to Australia from Cochin airport, I paid 600 aud for my baggage because my ticket shows I have booked 25 kg and it was not showing in their system. Airline staff didn't allow me to check in without paying the fee. I don't have other options rather than paying the amount and check in. I purchased a chicken with rice from the airline, and the chicken had an odd smell and taste, similar to spoiled food. I informed the staff, and they smelled it and told me I could write a review. Because of the spoiled food, I developed stomach pain after a few hours. When I reach Melbourne I've lost my luggage and haven't received any updates. Airline staff informed me that someone would contact and update me by this afternoon (22/12/22). I am from New South Wales and spent one day in Melbourne waited for my luggage and still waiting for a response. No one is attending calls or responding to my emails. I have some expensive items and medications in my luggage which I have to take regularly. I was extremely dissatisfied with AirAsia flight. This is the worst travel experience I've ever had. I won't travel with AirAsia anymore even if they give free ticket to me.
