CTM dysfunction

The sensor frequently said, scan again in 10 minutes, and finally said, sensor is no longer working. Please replace. This has happened with two sensors out of four. Someone suggested I call in, they would assist me with that.

Don’t expect to receive product in 5-7 days

First off, you get charged the second you have your appointment. Which is fine but youd expect it to ship within a few daysdo NOT expect to get it within a time frame. Mine sat in the processing phase for a week till I contacted them and told them I was going out of town just in case it was delivered while I was gone. I didnt want my $400 worth of products sit outside for a week as it had already been a week in the processing phase. They finally responded and said theyd hold off on shipment till I got back. Perfect. Now, its my second order and it was approved 4/20 and chargedhere we are 5/1 and no shipping information. Its frustrating.

Positive experience

NoI have only ordered once so my star rating was medium due to not enough interaction yet to know. But the 1 purchase I did went fine. I did the MD form for nad+ waited for approval. Then got product less than a week later. I could check status on my account created with website during my initial order. I will order again but the product is pricey.

Scammers

I never got my purchased products or a refund! I tried to cancel the day after I placed my order and they said its too late, but that I can still keep my item and get a partial refund. I never got either. No phone no one to speak to.

Not legit

Only cause I had to put at least one star to comment...I have done everything I'm supposed to do and haven't lost a pound in almost three months of getting a shot shot twice a week and I can't get a response back within their three days limit or none at all.

Subscription- Cancel

I called you two months ago and told you to not send me anymore bottles of the Ageless X until I notify you. I got 6 bottles a month ago and another one yesterday. STOP my subscription immediately. I do not want any more bottles sent to me until I let you know How any times do you have to be told to stop sending these to me ?

Resolved: Please cancel and refund my LDN order

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Ageless RX contacted immediately to give me a full refund.They actually didn’t do anything wrong and only followed their own policies; however, I feel their subscription service should be more transparent and a reminder should be sent before a scrip is renewed and refilled.

Please cancel my order of LDN for which I was billed $105 on March 18th. I cancelled my subscription today because the medication hasnt been helpful. Please dont ship the medication to me, and please refund my money as soon as possible.

Theyjust keep sending you bottles of Agless RX even after you tell then to stop.

Customer Service isn't paying attention or whomever does the fulfillment isn't paying attention to my instructions to not send me anymore shipments until I tell them to do so.

Order question

I was missing part of my delivery and I cannot get a hold of anyone in your customer service through email messages on the portal or your phone. This item costs $200 per package and I cannot afford to continue with a product that is a complete this is my second or third order and I would like to continue but honestly the customer service is lacking. If Someone could call me back I would appreciate it.

Did not receive product

I ordered GSH injection 14 days ago and I was charged for it. I have yet to receive any shipping information or the product. It must be coming from China.
