It took a year to finally get reimbursed by my credit card company. Nothing got delivered. they take your money first thing and do not deliver.

I placed an order in August 2022 called about the order in October. Customer service said it would be delivered in March! No hot lid and no refund! A scam!!!

ORDERED IN JUNE 2022 AS OF TODAY FEB 2023 STILL NO COVER, INITIALLY THEY WOULD RETURN MY EMAIL (THOUGH IT TOOK DAYS) STATING IT WAS CHAIN SUPPLY ISSUE AND HALF COMPLETE. NOW SINCE DECEMBER 2022 THEY DO NOT RESPOND AT ALL. I HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER, REPORTED TO CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND REPORTED TO BBB. DO NOT ORDER -- THIS COMPANY IS STEALING FROM THE HONEST HARD WORKING PERSON.

No problem taking my money in January of 2021, nothing since
Just like everyone else. Ordered top of the line cover for $500 and all I've ever heard when I've been able to contact is that it's going to be built next month. I actually did speak to someone in December 2022 who said to email after Jan 6. I could cancel and re-order since the cost of manufacturing went up and they would send me a check. Really? I'm out $500.

Fraud/SCAM Artist STAY AWAY From this company
If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. I ordered in September of 21, cancelled the order due to non receiving on April 22. As of January 23 still no refund they are refusing to refund my money. This company is a SCAM and just out to steal your money.

Do not order from this scam company. I ordered cover cap in early 2022 and have never received anything. They continually say its in production, and thats if I can even get through. As of 1/2023 the email address is not working and they don't answer the phone. Thank God my order was only 120 bucks. I can't imagine having ordered a cover at 4 to 6 hundred or more. Sad. Called the BBB and made a complaint but not much action after that. Stay away from this fraud please! Since my complaint I have emailed the company over 50 times, I have used their contact link to ask for a status on my order too many times to count, along with calls to customer service, which is always busy or says voicemail full. No answer. There is no question that this company is a fraud. I'm surprised that the Attorney General of Florida has not gone after these guys, or that someone that is close enough hasn't taken them to court. I can't imagine they are not aware of this fraudulent company. Luckily I only lost 119 dollars. There are so many who have lost over 4 hundred dollars or more. The BBB is toothless. What a joke they are. Hopefully someone will take these guys down.

Ordered a spa cover and never received it. No one picks up phone or responds to email. I then looked online...ooops I should have looked at their reviews. Now I understand why I am not getting response or my shipment.

Said would deliver Feb 2022. Then May then June. I finally canceled in July 2022. Was told they could not refund my credit card and they would send a check in August did not receive they said it would come in September then I contacted them they said November and now they are not responding to any emails or phone calls. I would like to file a class action suit
