Extremely Dissatisfied !!
I went to my local affordable dental. I went there to get a new upper denture. I have been a previous customer. I have gotten two other upper dentures from there over the last 15 years or so. I have walked in and left within hrs. Completely Satisfied with my new denture. I went in 7/19/23 to get a new denture again. This time was the worst experience I have Ever had !!! I have had to go back and forth 6 times. They cant make them right. I finally got feed up and said I was done and wanted my money back. They credited my account but minus 222.00 they said cost of materials. Why do I have to pay for the mess they put in my mouth I had to keep going back they cant get them right (I mean they were terrible) and I am requesting that I get the full refund so I want the other 222.00 put back on my credit card. This experience was awful the personality of the staff was terrible the only one in the office that was nice was the receptionist ! If I was not a previous customer I would believe that thats just how it goes. But I am and I loved my last two dentures from there last one was 7 yrs. ago I got it in hours. Please refund my 222.00 Thank You

Called complaint Dept and received a call back to look into my issues but no follow up and still no info, still haven't seen a doctor and still unhappy DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ........POOR SERVICE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR PRODUCT, DOCTOR HERE IS A SELF-RIGHTEOUS LITTLE FELLOW.

I went to the Jackson Tn location to discuss getting dental implants. The office manager Audrey took charge of my case after I had been overlooked twice by the office staff. I thought finally I would have a good experience, I was wrong at ever encounter. Paid over $3000 before any work was done. The day I had my teeth pulled the dentist fractured a tooth and the forceps gouged me in the roof of my mouth. He placed in 3 bone grafts and stitched my gums and said I could not wear teeth for 2-3 weeks. The next time I went in for my wax fitting I was told it wasnt ready. Then I returned again, my wax set was way to big. I asked Audrey about it she said well put a soft liner in. I had no idea what that even was. She then had me initial that I liked everything about my denture even though it was way to big. I went home again without any teeth. Finally, I did get my teeth they fit horribly. They even cause my bottom teeth, which are real, to hurt. I feel as though my real teeth were being moved to accommodate my upper plate. When I mentioned it to the technician she said wear them a couple weeks and come back for your soft liner. I have had my soft liner for 4 weeks and I still cant eat very much with my plate. The left side of my mouth still hurts where he pulled some teeth and placed those grafts. The gums on the plates right side is way larger than on the left and when I smile it shows really bad. I am now waiting for a different soft liner and then they are going to add the acrylic to the plate. I thought when you got a denture from this facility you got 2 one to wear immediately and one when your gums had shrunk. I have been informed I will not be getting a new plate, even if I go through with the implants this is the plate Im stuck with. It cost me almost $1700 for 1 plate and Im definitely not happy with it.

The dentist didnt listen to anything. I said he left before the temporary dentures are even put in his assistant had to finish. The temporary dentures were way too big. They kept cutting my mouth and because it was the end of the day they wouldnt do anything about it I had to come back to have adjustments made 2 1/2 hours one-way. The temporary dentures the teeth were really small. I finally got my permanent dentures which the teeth are still smaller than what my real teeth were and they are too narrow in my mouth but the dentist said that thats the best that they can do they cant make them any bigger which they said they could match my smile so thats another lie, I was overcharged I believe but Im unsure I think I was charged for work that they did not do when I see my new Dentist to fix the mess that affordable dentures and implants a Milwaukee dead. Well see what he has to say to match up to the slip

Poor quality and poor fitting
Dentist quit in the middle of getting my dentures and now there is brown spots showing around the gum lines. These are not even a year old. Plus this has cost me an additional $400 beyond the original price.

Blatant Incompetence !
Dr. Jovian Monette DDS. placed a dental implant in my mouth wrong, butchered my gums to do it, no refund, no acknowledgement and then ghosted me. This place isn't worth walking into in the first place. Now I have to pay a competent oral surgeon to remove what she did wrong and have it done right. BLATANT INCOMPETENCE and she apparently knows it or she would acknowledge me and make it right with me. If this Dr. does anything wrong including making bad impressions of your mouth and your dentures never fit right she will never admit to it and ghost you.

Worst Dental experience ever! The dentist didn't even pull a single tooth. They did no work only topical numbing and some weak gas that did nothing except give me a sore throat and a sinus infection
Well long story short after the this dentist talks to me rudely then asks if we were going to doing this or not(meaning pulling my teeth)I I quickly thought about this and swiftly replied no and jumped out of the chair while pulling off the mask still on my face. I had already handed over a cashier check for 5840$ and my insurance was covering the remaining sum of the 6700$ original total for upper and lower dentures with bone graphs and extractions and temporary same day dentures and adjustments and the permanent denture set after 6months healing well I have only had 4000 dollars returned to me so far I really don't think 1800 +$ is not what was agreed upon . especially when they handed me this temp set I still had teeth how could they possibly fit? a set of dentures without extractions only cost 395$ according to there price list. So why are they charging me 4 times this amount? To me they are cons and rip offs they are rude and unprofessional there only skill I could see they are talented in is parting people from there money when they are already in vulnerable position.

Speedway, IN office at 5945 Crawfordsville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46224. Affordable Dentures extracted my upper teeth and gave me my 'healing' denture that must've been someone elses. Terrible fit, front teeth were off to the side. They agreed it was bad and would redo it. Day before I was to go in the office for the redo they shut down/out of business. The other AD office at E Indy wouldn't help. 3 months no help and no teeth. I paid $4000 for this up front. I had to find another dentist and get my temporary denture at another $1300. Still battling over a refund TERRIBLE customer service. They keep avoiding my calls hoping I will go away. Maybe they will talk to my attorney.

I am shocked at the lack of professionalism and integrity. He wanted $6,300 up front. 18 months later I have nothing to show for it except an upper denture I find hideous, a TEMPORARY lower denture held together by GORILLA GLUE he refuses to fix- AND THREE FAILED IMPLANTS. (Word to the wise, they use STUDENTS to make your dentures...) He told me he guaranteed his implant surgery 100%. I said really? To which he replied- OKAY 98%... HE COULD BARELY GET HIS EGO OUT OF THE ROOM. Their guarantee is 100 visits to correct any problems, or until you're happy when I said I wasn't happy and I wanted my money back, I was told NO. Last week I drove 7 hours to make his appointment and I waited an hour and 15 minutes. I found out I never even had an appointment. They just wanted to see if I would drive all that way so they could mock me. That was the second time they did that to me. I once drove 7 hours so he could look me in the eye and say- "WE DO THIS MY WAY, GOT IT?" Stupid me, I should have known I had no say in how my upper denture looked. Today he told me to never call him again, and if I wanted to know something about my case, to speak to the receptionist. Last I checked she wasn't a dentist. THIS IS GROSS NEGLIGENCE. HIS FAILED IMPLANT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM MY JAW... and he threw me away like trash! How can someone who took an oath to do no harm behave like this? And why does the corporate office allow it? I mean who did they turn down??? I was EXPLOITED, ABUSED, ABANDONED, and BROKEN. This company has a history of employing dentists who run out on their practices after pocketing upfront money from elderly patients. (I found this out from a dental assistant who was working for them at the time.) Before I met this guy, affordable dentures in Sioux City and the affordable dentures in Sioux Falls found themselves without dentists- and their patients without money or services. They literally closed the doors and walked away. THANK YOU AFFORDABLE DENTURES FOR RUINING MY LIFE- I CRINGE AS I IMAGINE HIM GROOMING HIS NEXT VICTIM. What a Svengali!

Shelbyville location refuses to remake my permanent set that has me so sore I had to take them out so I am wearing my temporary set instead of the set I just paid for. He wants me to drive back 2 hours to return them (I made the drive because my mom went to him and he did a good job but even she prepared me for their horrible attitudes and Ive seen customers complain while I was there waiting) before he will transfer me to another location but I do not trust him! Im waiting on customer service to call to help me resolve this issue!

I had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ON TODAY DECEMBER 29 2022 @ 8:30 I took off work and drove 45 miles to the office THEY ARE CLOSED!! I also received TWO text messages reminding me of my appointment!!!!

Did not receive a finished product
I have been suffering for 5 years. I have been through 2 doctors,3 full staffs and 3 surgeries. Have not had a finished product, haven't had usable teeth this whole time. Dr. Shah was the first Dr. I had and she didn't place them in a proper spot, leading to failures. She held me hostage in the chair for 8 hours, she wanted full payment even though I had given a deposit I had no choice but to pay it with blood spilling everywhere pins in my mouth and hurting very severely. she gave me my temporary teeth that never fit, I couldn't even wear them, and she wouldn't fix them and told me it would be a year until she would give me my final teeth. I went through the first year with no teeth which was very emotional and embarrassing. I became very depressed went back in a year, and she attempted to put in my snap in dentures, she was able to put the uppers in, they were crooked. The bottoms didn't fit and then she said I have an infection on lower jaw. Then she gave me an antibiotic and told me to come back. I told her they were loose. she didn't want to believe me. Two of them were not placed in the bone properly. Then when I came back, she had been fired and replaced by Dr. Amine. He did a second surgery and told me come back in a year. So, I went another year without teeth on my bottom and the top ones were not aligned, so embarrassing. He also stated that I really didn't need to get the upper ones realigned because Tom Cruise had teeth that weren't aligned. And the during that second surgery, he was flirting with Zyra and asking if she wanted to do lunch with him, bragging about his new corvette, very unprofessional. He got angry and acted childish when I asked why he did the same thing Dr. Shah did. So, he put in a different implant during the second procedure, he put the same abutments that were to tall. A week later another failure. So had to go back and get another surgery. And then again, I had no lower teeth. This time he told me to come back in 6 months. He stated that he was trying another type of implant and added a fourth implant. So now I have 3 different types of implants in my mouth. And no lower teeth. Then the pandemic caused him to shut down. Another year I wanted to go back and get my teeth finished but I was so angry and emotionally hurt by this whole procedure, that made me shy away. So, about a year and a half later I went in to get my lowers done and then Shelbie said that there would be a charge and I got angry and told them I wouldn't pay. Then he kicked me out of the office and wouldn't return any of my calls. The fourth time I called Tiffany, another new employee answered, and she said she would call me after she checked with Dr. Amine. I never got that call. A few days later I received a letter from Shelbie stating they will not do anymore work for me. I broke down and started crying. I just want my teeth! I have gone to a couple doctors to try and help me, one said he wouldn't do anything. I went to another doctor, and they gave me an estimate of $63,000 to pull all of the implants and redo them in proper placement. And that would take another year without teeth. I thought that maybe the other location would help me out, nope. Dr. Mo told me he would have to charge for the work that needed to be done. I am very depressed angry and lost. Don't know what to do. Five years, 2 doctors, 3 full staff replacements. Not to mention $17,000 and still I don't have teeth

My name is Samantha Pottorff and last year I paid $2,398.00 ($1,400 cash & $998 care credit) to the office on Dunn ave. in Jacksonville, F.L. for top and bottom partials. I went through a year of excruciating pain and suffering and 5 partials, only to be told I needed implants. I decided against getting implants as I did not trust them to do a good job after my experience with the partials. I was told I could get a refund and I gave the partials I had made back. The office wasn't able to put the $998 back on my care credit card they said but care credit said there shouldnt of been an issue doing that. The office sent a check for my cash portion ur it was only for $1,200 7-**-** yet I paid $1,400. I waited for them to handle the care credit situation. That was in July 2022. After a month and still no refund of the $998, care credit advised me to file a dispute so the interest wouldnt accumulate. The dispute was closed as the office said they would send a check to me and Id have to pay my care credit balance myself. On august 18th I was informed by the office in person that the manager Carlos had put in for a check to be sent and it may take up to 30 days. Its now September 15 and I still havent received any money. The interest is occurring and now my account is negative even though I havent missed a payment. This is unbelievably unprofessional as Ive contacted corporate and emailed them only to receive one call back then nothing after. I paid the money up front and am entitled to a FULL refund. I just want my $998 + the $200 from the cash portion, so I can move on and get my dental work done. This is causing serious financial burdens and unnecessary stress for no reason when I did everything on my part to resolve this issue including giving them a year to rectify the initial issue with the partials.
