Prices!!!

2023 2023 the monthly premium went up $7 and 2 prescriptions that were zero cost went up to $23 in January and just went up again in July to $30. The pharmacist told me most insurance companies don't charge for the 2 I have. You better believe when it's open to switch on Oct 15th I will be leaving so fast they'll see skid marks!!!

To high a deductible, much better when it was not owned by Aeta

Pays poorly on name brand meds. High deductible Like the old Silverscript.before Aetna bought them out.

Prescription cost

My co-pay was $465 I got 30 pills. I don't need to eat. I can't afford this co-pay. It's gets more expensive every year. We were laughing at the pharmacy. Maybe we should go to Mexico.

Get a copy of my payments for tax purposes in 2022

I just needed a printed record of the monthly payments I made in 2022 for reporting my taxes. I can monthly payments but not a summation for the year that is presentable for tax purposes. Paul

Why does my Eloquist cost $428.88 ?

The woman told me that I did not pick up an Eliquist prescription on February 16 at CVS in Logan, Ohio. I did. I have the pill bottle with label that clearly states that was the case. That woman was combative and in no way pleasant. I am very reluctant to call Silver Script again.

Customer service

Just when i thought it was impossible to be less impressed with silver scripts you've thrown a new curve.previously I've spent entire weekends, and gone through numerous batteries to ensure my waiver was in place for Adderall 30mg (extended release, every 12 hrs). Fortunately it was only once a year that I had to do it. Now my pharmacy is saying they're only approved for one a day, as before, buuuut I should've been ok for about 6mo more @ every 12hrs. Last mo I had to pay ~$300.00, for only 20days, our of pocket, bc generic wasn't available, and they only had 40. I'm very disabled, 1/2 blind literally, can't drive, barely can walk with cane so I take what #,$,brand available. It's a C2, so no store will do a stock check. So I've gotta uber to a store just to find I'm SOL. Wasted time, money patience etc. SO WHAT NOW???

Dissatisfaction

I have been in the hospital for almost a week with asthma. When I come home, they have refused to refill my nebulizer prescription without prior authorization. This is absolutely uncalled for. Getting old isn't being dead! The weekend is no way to get it approved! Unacceptable! They will let me know

Complaint-you have denied my blood pressure medication

Your RX Accounting is archaic Got cut off, you don't call back It takes forever to get through. The website doesn't have the right phone numbers. It was difficult to understand why silver script changed to Caremark and you had to be on Caremark's website, but they just want to handle meal orders.

Mistake

I have changed pharmacies and the first pharmacy has mistakenly filled the medication and then after I called, put it back on the shelf and claim to have notified you but you are still showing to the new pharmacy that the prescription has been picked up so I have been five days without medication and both CVS and Walgreens claim it is an insurance problem
