Pod germination

two ( 2) of my pods did not come up. one was curly parsley the other did not have a name on it. all we could make out was short. please replace these pods. I could not use your link because we did not know the name. I bought the arogarden from Amozon. I do like the garden but I would like my pods replaced. Thank you for your time. Aerogarden not working

Purchased and received new aerogarden with 7 herb pods. It gas been 21 day since germination start, and only 3 plants gave sprouted out of the 7. Genovese basil, dill, sprouts. Theme, chives, genovese basil, Italian parsley, curly parsley, and mint have not sprouted. I want new seeds that will grow!

I can’t get any customer service

One of my AeroGardens has burst into house flies I must have 25 or 30 of them flying around the house from the plantS ha ha ha ha

Very simple I have a house full of house flies that are coming from the plant actually the basil I think

I did not mean to put a review. How can I remove it? I was trying to find a contact phone number.

Something posted my mistake ! No problem exists. I was trying to find a phone number to call AeroGarden and accidentally clicked on the wrong link. I guess there is no phone number for customer service. I think there should be a phone number for customer service but replies to emails seems prompt

Garden not delivered

There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH AEROGARDEN! I Ordered two AeroGardens in May. They were shipped and as of 7/14/23, they still have NOT DELIVERED them! My daughter is moving within weeks and the gardens need to be shipped elsewhere. No one has responded to me yet. VERY pissed. Thats a lot of Money to spend for no product!!!

4 pods didn't sprout

Not only did four of my six lettuce pods not sprout but then I called the 800 number only to be told that they don't handle customer service over the phone.

Neither of my aerogarden farm units will connect to the internet

First of all I have to say I am extremely disappointed that aerogarden does not have human support at a phone number. I thought Aerogarden had a good reputation, but the lack of a customer support number always corresponds with a greedy garbage company with trash management. The robot voicemail at the old company line is just a cherry on top of the turd pie. Now that I look more closely, using TOS from "PissedConsumer" cant be a good sign. Also, the chat bot and faqs were useless to my issue. it says its connected, but when I scan the barcode, it say aerogarden is unavailable. I even tried connecting with my old router and iphone connection sharing, So it fails on three networks. I bought these specifically for internet access, so if this can't be resolved they will need to be returned, fully assembled. routers tried: google nest router 2.4/5 tplink archer c54 2.4 only. Tried dozens of times over the last two times.

Water Level does not Register

Wont sprout 2 pods

2 pods have not sprouted, I don't know where the numbers you've asked for are located on box. The phone number worked the first time I call and now doesn't.

Problem with seeds

Seeds molded in the unit I disassemble the unit because I was not getting any growth. I have used the AeroGarden previously with no issue.

I want to talk to a person!! For replacement pods they all don’t have numbers on them. My model number says invalid!!

I have never had problems replacing pods till now and I am Very frustrated! This is NOT customer friendly service Im very close to pitching it all out!

Need to show you my horrible tomato plants

Only response from AeroGarden was they wanted all sorts of info on product. Well one photo of overgrown over top of lights no fruiting plant should get me a refund. Oh they no longer answer calls. They will be out of business soon. Never purchase from AeroGarden they do not stand behind their products

Replace grow lights

Dear Customer Service, A message appeared on the display of my Aerogarden that the lights need to be replaced. The light panel has little red, white and blue lights. Also, I have not heard the water trickling like it first did when the Aerogarden was set up. Does his mean that something else might need to be replaced? My Aerogarden has 7 planting holes. Can you please let me know the cost to replace the lights and make it work again? This was a special gift from my late cousin this year, and I am so downhearted that it lasted such a short time. Its my first time learning about growing plants in just water and I have so enjoyed watching the little seeds sprout. I turn 74 this year - who would think that this little Aerogarden has had the ability to so lift my spirits through a serious illness this winter. During recovery, every morning when I woke up, the first thing I did (and still do) is to check on the little sprouts in my Aerogarden that I keep on a table near my bed. It would make me so sad to lose it and the thought of it ending up in a landfill is very depressing, so I hope that I will be able to afford the repair of my little Aerogarden. Question of product

I Bought this as a Starter for my Hydropnics 5'high x 6' Wide. FULL. Pretty excited over starting Faster planting, then Expand to More...Hasn't worked well since I Got the AeroGarden, I wanted to start seed for My Big Hydroponics, Then use for Herbs inside. Seemed like 1 side grew. I took the Pods & seeds etc. to a Thrift shop and donated ( 4 Packages) I later found the unit Packed away and took it to another Thrift shop as a donation, The Lady there was a AVID devoted Fan of Aero Garden. I told her it was just a "TOY". Told Her Why... I went back a Week later and she Told me the reason it did not work well was only left bank of lights worked and Feed Me / Add Water Buttons were not working. Continuously pumped. She said to get in touch with Aero Garden, They were good with replacements... OK, So I Tried... Put away again.. Just took out again... I just hooked Up again Today, Same thing ( I looked under and only L Lights up, Buttons stay lit... ( Not sure IF it ever Cycles as i don't wait... We'll see. Maybe I can get 3 Plants to spout and get enough for My System in a Year! No Phones seem to Work in Canada which does Not surprise me. Maybe TOO MANY COMPLAINTS??? Sure would like to have this Work. May end up building My own where i can grow More... I almost bought a Newer system from them after talking with the Thrift Store Lady. This one will go in the Garbage instead of Someone Else Problem Soon. For now, Waiting on "3"!! PS; This IS Florida, Year Round Growing Season! "PROOF of Purchase went with System to Thrift Shop! Wasn't Mine anymore! (Didn't get Back)
