SCAM ALERT !!!!

This company is stealing from YOU !!! You do not need to use this company to get FREE meds, all you have to do is call the manufacture of your meds to get them. Advocate my meds is ripping people off by charging a 60.00 dollar application fee then charging 59.99 a month for nothing !!! The medicine is FREE. They also will not refund my money, so I disputed the charges to my card. I am absolutely pissed off. Taking advantage of people on a limited income is not ok !

Resolved: I wish to update a review previously posted.

Updated by user Jun 11, 2023

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I received reimbursement of the monthly premiums, but not the application fee.

Original review May 10, 2023
In my previous review, I noted my frustration with paying an application fee plus 2 months premium, and had yet to receive my medication. At that time, the company said they could cancel my application, but would not refund the premium. Since then, I have been contacted by the manager, Jessica, and although the application fee can not be refunded, the monthly premiums will be returned. As a senior citizen on social security I do appreciate that some of the money will be refunded.

Paid for service but never received medication

I began the process 6 weeks ago to get a reduced price on my diabetes medication, and was told each time I called that they were waiting on approval from the pharmaceutical. I paid the initial application fee and 2 months service fee and still no medication. My doctor contacted the company itself and found that they had my meds ready to mail out, and there was no charge! I requested a refund from Advocate my Meds for a charge for what was actually free based on my income but that request was declined.

What a nightmare it is dealing with these people.

. Any positive reviews must be from unsuspecting people. Here's the deal, I did a search for my med which costs around $36,000 per year and AMM site came up. I applied in November, paid my $60 and they began taking $49.95 from my bank account. I kept getting excuses and a runaround for two months when I discovered they were not affiliated with the manufacturer. I then quit the program and asked for a refund of the monthly payments. I applied directly with the manufacturer and was immediately approved to receive the medication for free.AMM billed me a third time but eventually refunded one month. I called today 1/24/23 to ask about the other two months and while on the phone noticed that they billed me again yesterday. Now they are transferring me to different people who say they have to transfer me to someone else. This program is designed to go to the manufacturers of your meds and get you approved to receive the meds for free while taking money from you every month. Do your homework and apply directly to the manufacturer of your medication and save yourself money, time, and headaches. Now I have to close my bank account. Good luck

I'll they do is take your money.

They where supposed to manage my prescriptions . They did nothing . My prescriptions ran out and the charged me $89.95 per month for about 10 months. This company is a scam. Dont get involved with them I have filed a complaint with the FTC. And considering highering a Pharma Law firm. These people need to be investigated.

I had the most horrible experience with Advocate my care for the year 2022

After they got their membership $$ from me, they milked me for 2 more months of 49.99 before they sent me my drug. I'm on Trerelgy for asthma & CODP and for 1 month supply cost me with my silver scrip drug insurance still 187.00 per month, which means for those 2 months my trelegy cost me $236.99, so needless to day my dec delivery NEVER happened but they charged me thru end of you, This POS company cost me more than just my drug. DONOT USE ADVOCATE MY MEDS<<< SACM COMPANY

I need to know why I am not getting ozempic.

I am paying you a monthly fee to get me my lantus and ozempic. I have never received ozempic. I was approved Oct. 25 , 2022. Multiple calls have heard false promises. I am paying u more than the insulin prescription cost. My major concern was being able to get ozempic. I did get lantus but not ozempic. It is impossible to get a representative to answer a phone so I am hoping someone out there will read this and respond.

Refill Farxiga 10 mg medication

When I received my Farxiga med, I only received 2 bottles of 30 pills each instead of a 90 day supply. I called on 12-22-22 and was told to notify you when I start the second bottle so there would be time to send the correct amount in January; 2023. I am starting the second bottle tomorrow, Tuesday, January 3, 2023. So that I can continually take this medication, with no interruptions, I am notifying you today so that there is time to fill the Farxiga with a 90 day supply. Thank you for your attention to my request. If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at 314-580-****, May you have a Happy, Healthy New Year! Linda S. Very poor communication and service. Rude customer service reps

Original review Dec 05, 2022
Completed application, but it was an incomplete packet, so a lot of my information was missing. They send emails confirming receipt of application, then never hear from them. After a couple of weeks, I call to check status and find out they are missing information, so I send what it is missing. This went on for about 4-5 months, resending info, same email receipt and so-and-so on. My application was denied in November and was told that the pharmaceutical company is the one who denied me, but they never inform Advocate My Meds, so I get charged the monthly "membership charge" again. They won't refund the charge made after the denial. Never received any medication. This whole operation smells like a SCAM to me!!

This company refuse to return my $60 fee

Within hours of taking the paperwork to the Doctor and the Doctor informed us she would not work with this company, we called for a refund. They refuse to refund saying we did not cancel within company guidelines. If the Doctor will not work with them, what are the guidelines? I have all so-called with no return call.

Horrible disrespctful and arrogant customer service who indicated he was a higher up Rep not a regular rep

.Same as all the others. $69.95 for months and was not told all of the applications I had to file and be denied before using their program. Got information from my Dr. and never forwarded info to Provider. Also, after getting packet to fill out, I called to get some information and was told my doctor had already filled in the requested information (which I never sent to him). I was then told to submit by packet without the Dr. portion. I then sent my packet to them via email, UPS ground delivery (and I have proof of delivery) and then by email one last time. Today I called and Dion said because I did not get an acknowledgement of the receipt, they NEVER got the information. He then commence to insult by saying this is technology and I don't understand...I am a forensic accountant engaged in audits of technology systems...I think I understand. This is a scam because the pharmacy has indicated the services in their Patient Advocacy Programs are free.

Scam operation, never received my meds after 5 payments

Started on Jan. 5, 2022 for Ozempic injectors. Every time I called, I had to leave a number and wait for a call back toke hours. They gave me every ex use in the book for the delay. Finally, after 6 months, I said enough and cancelled. They refused to refund 6 months worth of payments and overcharged me by double from the quote I received from them. Watch out!
