Horrible staff.

Its not the same anymore. Years ago you would walk out of the doctors office happy because you got taken care of. Wait times are horrible, Medical assistants and nurses always look unhappy. The doctors now dont have sympathy for their patients and always cancel appointments. I miss the old advantagecare, everything sucks now.

Very good care

I've had many, very different issues lately and my doctors, nurses and receptionists at Bethpage have gone overboard in following up any appts and tests. A 2am call to urgent center resulted in a callback in 5 min. At Bethpage there are too many great people to mention..but Carrie Alpert has gone out of her way to check up on me.

Disgusted

My mother has been going here for years . Was there with her just a week ago . My mother gets covid a week later . No help on calling . Told Dr would get back to me . Nothing . My mother wrote 3 times in her port on line . No response. She then writes again on the 13Th . Dr writes her back on the 18th . Your kidding You cant get a rx unless you come in . You have to wait weeks to get a appointment. Unless you wrtie and they will fix you in . Only thing they are good at is yearly check ups . If sick you need to go to 24 hr care . My advice is find a Dr who will be there for you . Who you can call and cares when sick . This is not a place to be . We have convinced my mother to go elsewhere . We are talking covid and time to treat is right away . 7 days later and nothing . Unreal Babylon office

Unorganized staff with no communication to patients

Dr. Keith Dahls staff is unorganized and cannot communication to there patients. Me and my husband waited an hour and half to be seen by Dr. Keith and after an hour and a half they told us he couldnt see us since hes doing a procedure. Why didnt they tell us that information before we got there or when we checked in instead of letting us sitting there. They clearly dont care about the patients to let them sit waiting around. Never going back to that office ever again since they clearly cant do there jobs.

It is a mill

doctors are overbooked and possibly overworked. if they make a mistake it is obvious they are told not to own up to it, possibly for legal reasons and and the lab they work, Lenox Hill is very inefficient verging on inept in terms of scheduling. They have automated bots that call incessantly meanwhile if you do try and call them for an appointment you are left on hold for an interminable amount of time.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Suman Das, My Doctor Surrendra Kisson, I have appointment 17th May, 2022 .but Advantage care Somebody cancell my appointment 11th April. I call today 10am Morning Advantage Care they are tell me Dr. coming back June 1st, 2022. I tell them can you give me appointment June 1st or 2nd week any tuesday.They are told me before September we can't give you appointment.Today I write first Complain 11Am and Advantage care someone call 4pm.and they are give me some Nurse Appointment her name (Bindu Varghese) this Nurse don't have my Insurance, I already call My Insurance they are tell me this Nurse don't have your Insurance you call Advantge Care You need any Doctor. Can you take early legal action please. Appointment Cancell Dr Surendra Kisson

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Suman Das, My Doctor Surrendra Kisson ,Advantage care, 180-05, Hillside Avenue, I have a last appointment January 8,2022. Dr Gave lot of test February ,I finish that test and I have next appointment March 8,2022 but advantage care somebody cancell appointment and then they are gave me appointment May 17,2022 but 11the April somebody cancell my appointment.I call today Advantage Care somebody said Dr Kisson leave now he is comin back June 1st, 2022,I talk to them give me appointment June 1st week they are said before sepetember we cannot give you appointment. Lab technician unprofessional

The Lab technician at the 154 West 71 st NY NY office is extremely unprofessional and insensitive to patient's time. My lab appt was cancelled and she never called me back to reshedule especially since lab appt. can only be made by a staff member not the app.

Horrible front desk receptionist

What is this? Why the receptionists are always so rude? I don't get it? Are they racist because I am a hijab clad woman or are they simply impolite and love to insult people without any reason!

To give review of last appointment

Dr Saddia was very helpful in addressing all of my medical concerns. Dr Saddia even went the extra mile to personally to contact an refferal Dr to get an appointment for me. The staff were very helpful too and very professional.

Customer's service/front desk/nurse assistants

Staying on hold for45 - 55 mins and no one picks up the phone. Excuses after excuses: Convid, staff shortage. No regards to people time. Call center sending calls to the wrong department. Receptionist not following through sending info. I am referring these complaints to the office on Hillside Ave. on Oct 13, 2021.

Negligence

This was written in June. To this day- no reply from anyone. The whole admin is to blame as well. Hi, Its unfortunate that I have to write this email but a few weeks ago I called 718-826-****. I basically a women my sistuation and that I just wanted to make a complaint because I honestly felt I was neglected and so, I was given this email address. The cut the story short, back in early April I had gone to Maryland for a week (7days). When I started unpacking I realized Ive forgotten my medication (lamotragine) at home, back in NY. At the time I realized.. I wrote Dr. Shaw on the portal. ( Dr. Shaw and I had communicated a few times on the portal, so this was nothing new. ) A while back I was told by Dr. Shaw herself, that if I miss more than 2 days, I should contact them and I would be prescribed a lower dosage to basically start over because I cant just jump back into taking the strong dose anymore. At first I was seeing Dr. Seth Resnick, and I remember him telling me that if I stop the medication abruptly.. I can fall into a deeper depression than I had before. I also read about the skin patch and what can happen to my body if I jump back into taking the 200mg. So I wrote her again..no answer. A week later when I got home.. (a week or two before my 30th birthday at that) I wrote her once again. Asking whether I should take the pill (200mg) or not since I am back home. No response. I didnt know what to do at this point.. so I took it. Till this day I dont know what is going on. I dont know if this feeling is regular. I have a skin patch on my forearm that Ive never in my life had before. Ive been panicking .. till this day no response. I have a 4 and a 14 year old, those are my babies.. anything couldve and still can happen to me. I honestly feel neglected. The messed up part about it is.. she still hasnt written me but she prescribed me 90 day amount of lamotrigine. Sad. Also.. I had a therapy session that was virtual the other day with Vinaiya Fryar, LCSW. (07-06-21 @ 4pm.) I was in that virtual call 15 mins before. I stayed on the call for an hour. I dont know whay was going on on their end.. but I couldve gotten a call or something. I waited months for this session. I needed that session. I logged into my portal and saw that I was marked as a no show. Neglected once again. Ive been you guys since I was a child.. look at my records. Ive never in my entire time with you guys, have Ive been treated as horribly as this. Best Regards, Jessica

Dismissed by PA

Good Morning, I would like to say I have the upmost Respect and Faith in the doctors and NPs, [especially Dr. Patel's NP Bianca] at the Clove Road and Annadale Centers . With regret I write the following. Sunday Morning I went to the Urgent Care Center on Clove Road in Staten Island with congestion, right ear problem. I was seen by the PA on call, he exam me, found nothing wrong and dismissed me. However, later on I went to an Urgent Care Center and was seen by a Physician where she exam me and administered CEFDINIR 300MG twice aA day, BENZONATATE 200MG twice a day as needed and Fluticasone 50MCG. This medication was sent to the CVS Pharmacy on Old Town Road in Staten Island, which can be verified. Lack of Empathy and care for the patient

No doctors are available for not even for a virtual visit when a patient is in acute or chronic pain or other crises. The ACPNY at my clinic should be reaching out to all their 'at risk" or patients with underlying conditions such as myself and offer me the COVID-19 vaccine. Instead, they have a year long message on their phone system advising patients NOT to call them for a vaccine because they have none. What did they expect me to do,die fro m the infection? So instead I sought help elsewhere to get a vaccine and for that I got punished. I was told to go to The high school where I got the vaccine to get treatment for the adverse reactions that I am having
