Non pick up
I have a on going miss pick up. You skip picking up my garbage nobody cares then you send me a bill for the same amount if it gets picked up or not. This is one *** of a scam you got going here. The god of Beach Park Il. wont let the people choose their own company to collect garbage its pretty clear he has his own MAFIA here and that Advanced has no other companies to worry about that may do what they are getting paid for.

Still holding my money after canceling
Advanced disposal was bought out by the mega trash company, (Waste mgmt.) I've dealt with them before and was sorely dissatisfied. So, I went with another service, and upon canceling my service with Advanced, they came and picked up their trash bins. I canceled one week after paying my quarterly bill and was told I would receive a refund of $34 dollars and change. That was just shy of 4 months ago! Still waiting. Call them every other week or so, and I am always told the same thing---'your refund is being processed.

MALFUNCTIONING EQUIPMEN
trucks cant lift more then a 9 year old boy.they have a 50lb limit that less then the weight of a 5 gallon paint pail

Terrible communication dumped my can into trash truck finally after hours of trying to talk to said up to 5 business days to get one. Dang will definitely change service

Poor service
Took a month to pick up our garbage after numerous phone calls. Changed garbage service, but still have their container that they won't come and get.

no, no answer, no pickup has created serious health risk to the household, this will be reported to the city of detroit as Negligence and for the driver of the truck to be reprimanded. he's always so busy laughing &; talking talking with the neighbors next door who have 2 and three cans.

Bad service multiple times
The entire street that has advanced disposal has been without service all week,this has happened several times,contacted customer service several times,they have promised that pick-up will happen the same day of call no one has come.will be changing companies tommorrow,had enough

I want a new recycle container for more space for recycling.And I dont underst Why I need to put in 100 symbols when all I want is a recycle container large enough to hold all the recycle!!!

Your company has the worst service in the world *** no *** no. Its smell so bad out side where l live in Springville AL 35146. The homes haven't had services in about a month. I don't anyone from this gives a damm about it either.

Still not picked up called and went in person said im sorry we will pick it up as a compliment service and still pick it up on Thursday guess what still not picked up

Poor service, lack of service
My pickup date is Wednesdays no pickup was done, on Thursday I called and had to leave a message about this issue, I had no return call. I called today to the Florida # 904-737-**** no answer the recording said you have more than a 10 minute wait, after 45 seconds it hung up on me, I called back and the same thing happened. I then called the Kentucky number and after 15 minutes no answer. I have never had such poor service. Pick up on summit park road odenville AL never

My trash was not picked up.
Nobody will answer the phone and my dumpster did not get emptied. I need somebody to answer the phone. We have to call you every time to get someone to empty the dumpster. What is the point of paying for it if you dont do your job.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with and continuously missed picking up trash on time! For example, trash pickup is scheduled for Monday. The company missed a Monday pickup leaving my trash out in the blazing FL sun for 2 weeks (5/11/21 - 5/25/21). This caused the nastiest, raunchy smell that just took your breath away (you could smell it from the road up to the house). To make matters worse the trash can was full of maggots. After that I requested the trash can be swapped out. One customer service lady told me I could clean my own trash can out or get charged for a swap out fee, you want to talk about being infuriated!!!! I made call after call after call, day after day after day and you know what Advanced Disposal did - canceled my residential account without my permission. I would rate Advanced Disposal as NEGATIVE INFINITY!!!!!
