I had a loan with you. I was unable to finish paying it off. It went into collections. I got a call from a person claiming to repersent as an attorney/ collection company.The number is 855-483-****. Got in line to get a loan I agreed to the terms they emailed all the information and your employee Charles Miller out of montebello,Ca. Said he would deposit 598. 00 into my account I would have to pay it right back as soon as it cleared I said ok to increase my credit so they could proceed the 7000 loan for 48 months at 6 percent interest annually I agreed to the terms in email and o have him a copy of my license all my bank credentials and acces to my Checking account he did deposit the money as a paper check and the check was returned so I assume the check is as a fraud so Im out 598.00 out of my account and my bank closed my account for scam so I think you need to address this in the future I have nothing good to say about cash advance America I know that hat compnay let me down and I will let any body know what happen in the future thanks sincerely Joel Hernandez

Need to change due date
My complaint is why I can't change my due date to the correct due date. I get paid every other Wednesday not Tuesday. If they can't change it then it is what it is. I can't keep going back and forth.

Ok I was contacted by agent funding manager Bryan Johnson 803380**** or803859**** of advance America 1930 cherry Rd. Ste. B Rock Hill S.C. 29732. He stated I have been approved to receive a loan for $7,500.00 from above company I was emailed a loan agreement showing loan details. I attempted to contact Bryan after studying detail with many questions but was told by another agent Bryan was unknown to him but he would handle the loan. After giving him my many questions he at mitted knowing Bryan but agent became unsure could not give straight directions in which I became suspicious an asked ru scamming me. He denied everything else so I hung up an started contacting FTC this when I was given your contact

Company Outage Moved My Loan To Default
I'm in the middle east, military. Borrowed about 2000 usd. Set up auto-payments before going on tour and never missed a payment. Then the month of February my auto-payment gets removed by the company due to website and server failures. 1 month later, I missed 2 payments (bi-weekly) and I'm finally contacted thru skype March 21st. Unaware of the outage or auto-payment removal, they notify me my account went into default status and I have to pay what I owe i full. I'm in the middle east. I can't even access their website to log in, much less call them on a regular phone. The company's server failure resulted in penalizing me, a loyal customer that never missed a payment. I tried to get the default revoked multiple times, but couldn't. Customer service wouldn't do anything or even sympathize with the situation. In the end, I told them I flat out refuse to pay anything else and will just take the ding on my credit. *** company. Never deal with them!
