Your blocking my card from buying anything
It was an old account that I do not have anymore. They asked for my card number that was blocked but still can't unblock it without the old account information. So now I can't buy anything on the website. Neither the bank or AFF Customer service could help. Both my debit cards were blocked for some stupid *** reason.

Paid for gold and to have non paying members message me. Cannot read any messages sent or received.
Paid for Gold and for having non- members to be able to email me as well, it allows then to contact you as well. Thank God I only signed up for a Month. Contacted their customer service Dept many many times as well as speaking to that service provider ,which is actually not Friendfinders customer service people at all but a third party service that will contact people in their tech dept.. So you are not actually contacting Friendfinder. What a *** show. Cannot read any messages received or sent regardless of many complaints to them through emails and talking to whoever in that so called customer service, that does not give a *** about your problems with the site.as I have given them money and they have basically took my money and I get no service. Nice scam. I am in Canada and they have a number to call but wow go figure not in service. We will see if they fix the problem or I got scammed out of my money. Terrible service provider. *** NO what service.

Utter digrace! I switched to J4Date.com
The quality is extremely low. A genuine profile of a real woman is a very rare exception. I've been on a number of sites and I think the best one is J4Date.club Perhaps because it is full of Ukrainian girls who are very beautiful and sexy. A cherry on top of the cake: they are genuinely searching for relationship and they are ready for everything to make you satisfied and happy. So basically it's very easy to take things off the site into the bedroom. When I tried to do this on AFF I had to move through bulls##t all the time. You get phantom messages from non-existent profiles. If you reply to them you get another robotic answer. So you're trapped in a loop going nowhere.

It's been 3 days and I still can't read any messages that I get. I've already spoken on the phone with you guys twice and still nothing has been fixed.
It's been 4 days now and I have not been able to read any messages that I have received. I have called 4 times and one of the costumer service people was very very rude they hung up on me and nothing has been resolved. Iv done everything that was asked of me I cleared my cookies took a screenshot and emailed it to the address I was given by customer service I've waited over 24 hours but still nothing has been resolved or fixed. I'm not very happy I did not pay for this kind of service and will not be recommending this website to anyone unless this is fixed. I want a full refund and nothing less because this has been nothing but a waste of my time and money

My name is Kai Hopkins. Birthday is 15 August 1984. I have an account with you and my bank card has just been blocked. I do not use an account with you and as far as I'm concerned i requested cancellation over 4 months ago and yet you have continued to take money out of my account sometimes twice a month! My bank has just blocked my bank card because of you and have told me to request a refund from you and told me this is a common problem.
