Every time I need my insurance card I have to call for one & they are always un available. It’s an insurance company, it’s always an emergency!

*** wack as services, customer for over 5 years and they cant get it right. Forsure cancel. Dont recommend

Bad customer service.

I call to ask how much Will be the broker fee to add another car and she said will be depending the car.if you see question is clear broker fee.i request to speak to the manager and manager refuses to speak with me and told the lady to tell me will be from 10 to 200. Looks like they don't care. So I'm going to go to another. Company.

Worse ever

This company is a scam... they took money from my bank... they didn’t discussed or mention the hidden charge... they took a lot of money from me... when I went to their company to complaint the guy who assisted me is not there anymore... and the other guy working there he could not help me... after several months I canceling my policy... they give a hard time to cancel it... when I made it to cancel... they sent me mail and still I have to pay 19$ for outstanding cancelation stand... what is that? They are really really after your money... be careful guys... God bless them anyway...

The worst insurance

The service for claims it's worts, this insurance never answered the calls, the adjusters it's inresponsables, I send mails, I call, but I don't had any solution...it's almost four months waiting for the decision and nothing is happen..... Long time in holding and never can't communicate with the adjuster

Tradfic school

I paid 24.99 , for my trafffic school course , I called them several times to let them know I couldn’t log in to my account , I never got a call back or text neither email, I called back few weeks later to ask for reinberse, the girl told me she can’t not redound my money back, really bad service , and not helpful at alll... bad bad , I don’t recommend .

Horrible insurance

This people are thief i had 2 cars my son truck got stolen .they made a so many excuses and they told us that they w not cover the truck because my son dad was driving. My son went to visit his dad when he went out it was gone son ladrones .mentirosos. El servicio pesimo .no customer service on both part. Dont go there

BAD EXPERIENCE

Over charged me. When I called the Insurance directly they told me Adriana's had to submit the payment. They never did. I've decided not to go through a broker again. They also did not return my phone calls. Horrible experience with them. Do not recommend them. {{Redacted}}

Terrible Broker

This company really sucks! The carrier they had placed us with had a lawsuit and they cancelled our policy and they kept telling us that we needed to pay another premium due to them having to terminate their coverage in California and so we either paid another premium or we'd end up with coverage and they had told me that before that date came we would be taken care of and today we learned we are without insurance!!!! Please take your business somewhere else and don't waste your time and money with these people. Now I have to take time from work to shop for different insurance and thanks to them I have to pay a new premium so I decided to take my business somewhere else.

Complete idiots work here

Called December 13th to remove to vehicles from my policy the idiotic woman says no you cant do this until after you renew the policy. Obviously this makes no *** sense because why would I pay the money to renew and then call again to remove. Ugggh so i did it anyway (not like they left me any choice) So then I called 3 days after I renewed and the other idiotic woman says mam you should have done this before the 15th which is your renewal period. Are you *** kidding me people?!? By this time I was so mad , ugh those people only thrive because they ccan offer *** insurance at a price our hispanic people can pay. But its *** because it never covers anything!

Worse Insurance Company Ever!!!

No wonder Adriana's Insurance has the worse reviews should off checked their reviews before I signed up. Before going on my vacation I went on their website to make a payment through my phone. I noticed today on my bank statement no payment deducted from my account for my insurance. I called the San Bernardino office a few minutes ago. I explained my situation to the Customer Service Rep she was very aggressive on the line made me feel like I was not trying to pay them. I called them because I realized my payment didn't process. I usually called them to make my payments and I should off known since this the second time I use their website to make a payment and here I go again dam issues. Why would they not call you to notified you your payment was not process or is pass due. Oh it's because they love to deal money from their customers. I haven't never experienced such bad customer service can't believe one of their Reps made it seem like I was not trying to make a payment how disrespectful. I have a full time job and make my dam payments every month.
