Blocked me as spam when I tried to get order re-placed

Awful email exchanges regarding an order they canceled because the shipping address differed from the billing address on file with the credit card. As I was trying to get the order placed again, they responded saying my email had been blocked as spam.

Never order from these clowns

is the worst place to order parts,, worst costumer service and very disrespectful. just take a lil time to read some reviews and you will find out the kind of people you dealing with,,, save yourself some money and headache buy from other places .

Customer service

Ordered an OEM part. Arrived in resealed clear plastic bag, with scratches. Obviously restocked part.was wrong part .they admitted wrong part after calling me a liar and making me send photos of product and box. Said they would refund part cost but not shipping and not exchange.then, then on to call me an *** as well as blocked me from ordering again..be careful folks.

Awful Service, Parts ordered not sent

i received an email saying there was a delay, when i wrote back asking them to send the parts that were presently available, they were NASTY. please read below email exchange...This company has the worst customer service i've ever had...suggest you STAY AWAY! Customer Service To: ***** Sun, Sep 25 at 11:24 PM Your order has been cancelled and credit card fully refunded. It really sounds like you are confused, making demands and accusations, you clearly live in some kind of alternate reality where you get your way all the time. Please do not shop on our website. There is no "excuse", it's the availability of the item. We aren't going to make two shipments when you pay for shipping once and we aren't going to credit you anything because actually nothing is really different from when you placed the order. When you placed the order, our website said "Usually ships within 2 to 4 business days" - we simple emailed you to clarify. Once again, do us a favor and go make your demands elsewhere. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

DAfter i checked out, and paid for a part i get an email a day later saying that said part is no longer in stock. When i check my account i had 2 charges for the same amount in pending from them. I checked back a day later and one was removed but one still remained in my account. So i emailed them asking why i was charged twice...i then get a response basically blaming me for the double charges and how in 15 years of buissness they have never charged anyone twice and that i can dispute the issue with my credit card company...at that point i let the *** have it in a smart *** sort of way but still letting them know there was no need to try and defend themselves, if they would have handled the matter and reassured me i would get my money back then it would fine. But if they would be such a great buissness they would be up to date on their website and not let you order a part without it being available. They then proceeded to let me know my email was going to their spam mail as of now and i was wasting their time. And not only in the first email did they admit to refunding my money...they then go on to say in the next email that they never charged me at all...so which one is it

They will rip you off!

Charging a restocking fee for their own logistics problem - not in accordance with own policy. Condescending, Rude, Arrogant, you name it. NEVER seen a customer service department act like this! Email Excerpt From Adept: That is true, and that Honda part is ready to ship and we can ship it. However since you added the UNI - Multi-Stage Competition Air Filter to the order, and they both were not available in the same warehouse unfortunately, it is taking longer than if you ordered these 2 items separately. So the order should ship out on Monday or we can cancel it, 20% restocking fee applies - we sent you a link to our policy, when you check out, it clearly says that you agree to our policies by placing the order (wonder why you didn't screenshot that - you seem to like screenshots). Just let us know what you want to do - have the order shipped or cancel - this is not a negotiation, not sure why you are making it one. Also a word of advice - when you are contacting customer service on any website, there is absolutely no need to waste your time making screenshots of that website. We can 10000% guarantee that not only do the people working for that website have web browsers and can simply look at the page, they have also seen it all before and don't need a picture of the website.

Order not received

i ordered a part from AdeptPowersports, they took the money, i didn't get email confirmation regarding the order, thus no order number, no receipt, tried calling them but their isnt a phone number, i sent them two emails and yet nobody has replied. and im out 536$. worst company, worst customer service thats if their is any. they should shut down

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAZY

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY ACTS AS IF HE OWNS THE PLACE. THEY WERE TRYING TO DELAY AN ORDER DUE TWO WIRE STRAPS THAT WERE BACKORDERED AND SCHEDULED TO COME IN A MONTH LATER, HOW IDIOTIC. NOW LOOK AT THE EMAIL MESSAGES THAT WAS SENT WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT MY ORDER: Hi Kenneth, your order contains a backordered item (Honda - CLIP, SUB-WIRE, Part # 32901-MA1-000), as shown at the time of purchase and as you have clearly seen on our website when you checked your order status prior to sending this email. The current ETA for this item is 7/22/2022 - also shown on our website when you checked your order status 4 times on our website - so you knew this answer as well before emailing us. If you want to cancel this item, please let us know. Otherwise we can keep the item on backorder and ship the order as soon as the backordered item becomes available. So we are not sure if we understand your question correctly - "When is my order going to ship" - on it's face you already knew the answer to that before emailing us, so maybe we are missing something in your question or not understanding it. HERE IS MY REPLY: Even looking at this email does not justify why the rest of my order has not shipped. Send it out immediately please. I need no delays Here is the reply from the psycho from Adept: Does not justify"? What is this - a moral argument on how you feel we should do things because it would make you feel better? Are we in kindergarten and you don't feel it's "fair"? Let's put it in simple terms you can understand. First you need to realize - we don't owe you anything - ONLY what we offer for sale. As in you purchase product, we send it to you - that is the contract. Now, you ordered several items, and paid a flat rate of $8.50 for shipping, and what we offer for that is to ship all the stuff you ordered to you in ONE shipment. That is what we offered. At no point did we offer multiple shipments for a flat rate of $8.50. And of course we CLEARLY showed you availability BEFORE you placed the order. So you as a customer can decide whether you want to order it, whether you want to wait for a backorder, or not. It was completely your choice to purchase what we were offering... So here are the options - We can cancel the 2 of Honda - CLIP, SUB-WIRE, Part # 32901-MA1-000 and ship the rest. You can pay another $8.50 and we'll gladly make 2 shipments for you. We can even ship each item separately for you if you like, each one $8.50 to ship. Whatever you want. We can cancel this order and you can go do this somewhere else. and please let's not go back and forth with these inane emails. Just give us the option and we'll do it. As we made clear in the first email, we are clearly aware you are not doing this in good faith, because you asked "When is my order going to ship" while clearly knowing the answer to that. And frankly we just don't have time to play these types of games with customers like you. We aren't desperate for customers, and especially ones like you who don't do this in good faith, but rather to spite or get something for nothing. We don't need it or want it. We just sell parts. I HAVE NEVER IN LIFE HAD A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT COME OFF LIKE THIS. THIS IS RETARTED. PLEASE EITHER FIRE THAT IDIOT, I CANCELED THE ORDER. PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR THIS PLACE, WITH NO COMMON SENSE AT ALL. ITS TOO MANY OTHER PLACES OUT HERE . BEWARE!!!

Horrible customer service

I asked very nice about when my items would ship. I got a very ignorant answer. I said I would no longer purchase from their site. I got the most rude email in return. Stating that my business is not needed as they have survived 10 years doing things. Also the only item I cancelled was a back ordered item. I still ordered all the rest. Here is their exact email. What are we going to do without that order - may as well just shut our doors after 10+ years in business without your order now. That's ok - we prefer you just order somewhere else - because we aren't really looking for customers who waste so much of our time and then end up canceling half their order anyway. It's not worth it to us and not having customers like that, only helps our business. 99.9% of our customers just order and we fill their order never even exchanging a single email. Those are the customers any business wants. Not the ones that send 10 emails making you jump through hoops for them and in the end it's just a loss (even with that $18). We can assure you no one will "enjoy" it - you must think you are our only customer and $18 is our entire profit for the year. Customers like you are truly funny to us with your tiny minds. All sound exactly the same - like children. We are blocking your email address as Spam.

This company is a scam. They cancel the order after you purchase and then charge you a 20% restock fee. Save yourself $$$ unlike myself!!!!

Very very rude customer service

Here is their email after been lying about a purchase A to me Why would you accuse us of providing the "wrong tracking number". The tracking number we sent you is correct. And why "so long"? This wasn't long at all! You are lucky you got a backorder so fast from Yamaha. Our website clearly said Yamaha - PLANE BEARING, CONNECTING ROD, Part # 6JD-11656- 00-00 was on backorder when you placed the order. So why would you be frustrated now? Because you didn't look at what you are purchasing? Maybe you are just frustrated with yourself. What's really frustrating is random customers talking out of their *** making nutty accusations.

Customer service? Returns cost!

Had to return a small item. Box never even opened. 20% restocking fee! AND I have to pay the return shipping in full. So, the return process gets a failing grade. Also, had to call customer service as the instructions were a bit confusing. The "girl" I spoke with had a hard time letting me get a word in, then told me she wasn't there to "hold my hand", and told me to "do it any way you want". Last time I deal with this company.

They have an order status in limbo with no line of contact through phone. I need to talk with someone and although there is a phone call option button on their page it is a dead button with no listed number.

They are really unprofessional and rude. They blame customers for all wrongs. If you order something from them beware they will ship you what they want and never talk to you normally.

I ordered some parts from them for Polaris and there were variety of the parts. I particularly ordered a water pump impeller and seals. All the parts on the diagram were the same I have for my engine everything displaced was like I have the impeller too. The website did not ask any VIN# to confirm my equipment I input model and kind engine by cc amount and it gave that diagram which was look like I have. So I ordered these parts and then a water pump seal was the same to mine, but the impeller was not matching mine. I asked this guys if we can do something with that, they told me ship to us and we will pay for parts but how about shipping I asked, and they rudely warned my if I will keep sending ridiculous emails they will spam me for them. So, this day you can do that? I think people become more and more aggravated to anything. Also, this company looks like too small to be normal. So be aware where you are buying from. This is not the best place. From now and on I will check the company if they are sufficient enough to do business in appropriate way. I never had any issues with normal parts dealers they always responded nicely with respect, but this mousse totally our of their league.
