Max penius pumps keep breaking the hard plastic in the pump by the spring beeaks off on connecting ears making it unusable and breaks after about 10 uses

Its not made well breaks after very little use I recommend that you dont borrow this product because it will not last for the value the pistol grip penis pump last a lot longer, but they do not sell them anymore. I suggest that they put the pistol grip penis pump back on the market.

My order

Money came out of my bank, but I never got a confirmation or anything from this company. And now I get an email saying that if I dont use my account its going to be deleted. Cant contact him because the customer service number is no good. How can a company that Big not have a working customer service number? Makes no sense to me. I think somebody from their needs to get a hold of me ASAP.

Order 2 my debit card would not release the money that I was ordering for the DVD

My debit card didn't work because I thought it was suspicious activity Please Release my debit card so I may purchase make further purchases without being monitored it is not suspicious activity so please release my debit card so I may purchase the DVDs that I tried to purchase and they denied it because my card says suspicious activity and there's a hold on a rent bill for 375 dollars

My new debit card will not allow me because they thought it was suspicious activity it is not I was ordering to DVDs I'm Adam and Eve can you please not monitor my purchasing and release it mad so I can buy the DVDs that I tried to purchase but it didn't go through because you had a lock on my debit card

Defective/Low Quality(?) Item

I ordered a thrusting jack rabbit *** (Order #0702236****) for $42 (discounted price). It claimed to be waterproof. I took it into the shower one time and one time only, my first time using it, and while it felt fantastic, when I got out of the shower the whole thing including the battery compartment was filled with water. I'd tightened it as much as I could and the seal was in place in the battery compartment, it just didn't do its job. I'd like a refund if at all possible, or a replacement (of a different, actually waterproof product) otherwise.

Not received order

my packages were actually delivered the day before, as per customer . I checked my mail and itch was there but when I checked it yesterday it wasn't he must have missed my packages and came back and delivered them. The representative that I talk to you was very helpful and very customer friendly!

Overcharged on a purchase

It's unclear whether I misunderstood, or if the cs agent misspoke regarding wether a 50% discount OR a $50 discount for my order was being offered. I was also provided free expedited shipping. After my call a supervisor offered an additional $5 discount for my order, which would be applied in a refund to my CC. This represents my 2nd small issue with A & E, & both times they've been more than willing to make things right. I very much appreciate their level of customer service, and yes, I'll spend more money with A & E in the future.

Address is wrong

Hello. So I messed up. I accidentally put the wrong address for my order, and I was wondering if it was too late to change it. I really don't want this sent to another house (that's kinda embarrassing to me). My actual address is 1005 E 15th St Lot 8, Hays KS 67601. If it can't change, then I understand. Thank you!
