I have never once cheated or used a third party app in any call of duty since 2011! The banned me for these reasons and then I submitted an appeal witch I am sure was on auto response because 10hrs later my appeal was denied and now I cant talk to anyone about anything! 13 years of loyalty gets nothing with them!

Support doesn't work
My account was banned for no reason. I try to login to my Activision account to appeal it, however I don't know my email associated with the account. I try to login using my linked battle.net account, however it says that that service is down. So I have no way of contacting the support team to appeal the ban. I have emailed the privacy team as that is the only means of contact I have, however they won't respond

Modern warfare will not work.
Still getting a corrupt file not Notice and said to delete game and download, but it's getting better I was able to play 2and a half games before it got corrupted again. Activision should tell its customers that there is a problem and they are in the process of fixing it!!!

They are awful you can't get nobody on the phone to explain to them what the problem is the send you to email. They have all this different people emailing you back with know Solution. Ihave the rite to talk to an agent about the problem with the game.But they are saying they understand my concerns.I sent them proof what was going on with the game instead of them? Telling you what to do to fix it. I sent them the error code three different times (error code 5523) three different times. And they still haven't told me how to fix the issue none of my other games have this issue but this one it's there problem there server issue but they are giving us the the customer the run around.I feel like they are me the customer for the problem.something needs to be done they have the worst customer service ever in the world and I? Recommend. Nobody? By Activision games. Im really thinking about not ever playing any games from them again?

I actually tried to trade my account to a person, he said he know a middleman and eventually i ended up in getting scammed and he blocked me right away He changed the mail linked to the account and changed the password I tried everything to get it back I also reported it to cyber crime Because i spent a lot of money in that account it's 630 $ only.
