Need account information to give to ssi

My wife and I both had achieve card for our social security checks direct deposited and no notice of them closing now we have been waiting 18 days to just get routing and account number so we can have our direct deposits changed we call daily they have put us in a very horrible situation we have no money for food or medications we are elderly and daily they say when we call it will be 24 to 48 hours to get a call back and still nothing after 18 days and we also haven’t received our balances that we’re in the accounts. They have handled this so poorly!

I need my money. I have called numerous times waiting for a call back no one has called

My name is Tracie I am the daughter of the card holder they are elderly they were not notified by mail that is on the address which they are still currently living I called the card on Friday October 21st 2022 found out that the card was not active but I was more than welcome to order a new one I spoke to customer service they said that achieve card had went out of business I asked to have someone to speak to they said that they are working from home to please leave a name number and they would have someone call back within 24 hours then that turned into seven times I have called finally the last time I called which is today October 27th 2022 the customer service tried the same thing and I expressed to him what has been said about the 24-hour wait he was surprised so he sent me to the dispute Department thankfully I had someone help me but sadly they are sending out a paper check of what he had on his card in his account he has to wait 45 freaking days to get his money he has bills to pay he relies on this money I know this ridiculous I am so tired of unprofessional company not sending out mail when I have specifically told this company mail only please only send mail no technology to this address none of that was addressed professionally.

After years of complaints is closing down

Ineffective customer service and disputes resolution. Refused to transfer your bank funds to another bank. Above all no corporate contact with achieve card or barclay bank. Now it's closing with less than 45days notice to closed your account..

Cannot reach a person by any available option and can’t get into account

Im a legal guardian for someone who had an accident leaving him with a TBI. His account number expired and the card cannot be accessed. You cannot reach any person to speak to through the fully automated phone number connected to this card, no chat, no message, no email, no help. I cant reset the pin, update the address or request a new card to new address. And even the bank behind the card, Bancorp, has a fully automated phone line for contact and once again cannot reach a human for help. And we definitely need help! Worst card ever!

My deposit

I am very upset. This is beginning to be an every month problem. My deposit takes a week or so to go in after you all say it’s been deposited. I want to know why. I put it on achieve because it said you get it early but you DO NIT.
