Non refundable
Access Bank refuse to refund my #6000. The transaction was declined from a POS on the 22nd of March 2023, Instead their customer service is responding with a transaction made on the 21st of March,2023. Meanwhile the mail sent to them and the evidence of transaction shows the correct date the transaction was made which is 22nd of March.

Irreversible credit money
I made transaction of #50000 from my Zenith Bank to my Access Bank on the 31st of March till today I haven't been credited and I made complaint from both banks, (Kindly be informed that the referenced transaction was successfully processed from our end) this message was sent to me today from Zenith Bank that the transaction was successful to Access Bank but I haven't received credit alert from Access and this is really affecting me. I've been lodging complain for the past 3 weeks and nothing has been done. This was the session ID given to me from Zenith Bank 000015****311703****236002**** that the transaction was successful I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks

I made a withdrawal of #6000 from my account 003743****(Afolarin Rebecca Funmilayo) with my ATM card on the 22nd of March 2023 on a palmpay POS which was not successful(DECLINED),but my money was deducted and yet to be reversed back up till this moment.
