My order 40942****

I bought these shoes to take to Greece because of all the walking were going to be doing. There supposed to be ready for pick up on the 29th of August at the store and no one can tell where my shoes are. I leave the 2nd of September and have know idea if they will be available! It would be nice to know in case I need to go buy another pair.

Horrible service

Called to get help for an order that I was charged for through PayPal but order never went through. YOUR customer care person was rude and very disrespectful. I saw the article online and Jeffrey continued to argue with me that it was not available. I ask to talk to his supervisor and he stated it would do no good. I ask for his name and he said something first and I ask him to spell it for me. He then told me his name was Jeffrey. I hung up very upset but stayed poliet. I then went back to Academy website and was able to order the pair of shoes I wanted. I called Academy customer service and spoke a very nice women that was able to help me. If I were even Associated with Jeffery, he would not even be able to carry Academies trash.

My order is missing

I ordered an Iowa State University stadium chair back in March and it has not come and I cant get a hold of anybody. I either want the chair or I want my money back.

Billing

Hi I Really Love Academy But I hv Problems Wen I Make A Payment It Accepts My Payment But You'll Wait A Whole 4 to 6 hours to take the money off my card cause I make my payments I lock my card and if my card is lock that makes my payments late and I'm not tryna be late & charge me late fees..That has happen a few times...So I'm tryna see hv can we resolve this issue..Thanks for reaching out I appreciate this...

HORRIBLE MUSIC !!!

Could not shop in your store. The music was so obnoxious and loud. It was more noise than music. Went to *** Sporting Goods. Bought my shoes there. Will never go back to Academy... just because of your music. Store manager blamed corporate for making them play it. Even some of the employees said they went home with headaches because of it.

Credit card

After applying for and being granted an academy credit card in the SAME Time I was charging a purchase of a product which was well BELOW my credit limit, and it was denied. Store Manager could not explain the problem. I will terminate my card when and if I receive it for I used CASH to make the purchase. Thank You Anyway.

No one would answer my emails or calls for 3 days

i was so frustrated no answering my calls emails. need no tax charge i live in delaware. tax free . i should get this item tax free delivery free 49.99 as it appeared to me under your website impressions made and no one to converse with for 3 days. getting no one at customer service to help me order item.

Terrible store customer service never was able to get my wagon. I asked for help callback text back and nothing

im will not order from this store unless their is compensation well due to me with all my frustration. i never was able to buy this at all. i question the price of a tax when i live in delaware. where there is no tax but no one would contact me.

Late fees on credit cards, payments not posted when received

Sometime around Black Friday, November 2022, before Christmas, I ordered an under the desk elliptical trainer. Academy Sports was running a deal where if you opened up a charge card account with them, you would get free shipping and a discounted price. I did. I'm not complaining about the merchandise, and I did get a perfect price on the merchandise. As soon as I got a confirmation that the charge card was approved, I went online to my bank and immediately set up an electronic payment to pay that day in full. That was December 22. I have a copy of the electronic check that was paid in full to Academy Sports in Columbus, OH. I was shocked when I received the credit card bill in the mail on 01/08/23 showing that the payment was not posted to my account until 01/03/23 with a $30 late fee charged to me. When I called the customer service number, I had a customer service rep that couldn't half muster the English language. She was rude, kept interrupting me, telling me I would be charged late fees any time I didn't pay my bill by the due date, even though I have a copy of the electronic check that cleared my bank several days before the bill was even due.

Payment

I got a refund on a pair of Nike shoes for 99 dollars. Then after I received my refund I purchased a pair of Nike Monarch. After the difference I was issued a credit card for buying something in the store. I made a 12 dollar purchase. I have credit now on the card in my wallet. But when trying to enroll in the store's membership, my account can't be found. I paid my balance and still have credit and your company is trying to charge me money's that I do not owe! Please correct this error. Thank you, David Owens.

Lady didn't give me my $15,00 back due to her supervisor having a issue with other customer an distracted her an Myself. I was getting a hunting license an had handed her $20.00 an as soon as I did the supervisor distracted her an she put the $20.00 in the cash register an talked with the women .She handed me my receipt as I was looking at a previous Item that an employee was giving me .I didn't realize that she hadn't till I'd left the store an stopped to buy a coffee.I spoke with her an She remembered me but her supervisor said they would have to wait till shift was over.Id ask the original cashier her Name which she gave me an I ask for the supervisor name.In the background she said No! She wouldn't give her name.I then told the cashier In was calling corporate about that,An that it wasn't her fault.Which the original cashier was very nice but the supervisor was a *** Once I called corporate they contacted the store manager an she called me.She apologized about the supervisor an had reviewed the tape an seen where she put the money in an didn't give mey.change She left a envelope with my change at front desk an I picked it

Snotty attitude + liars

Went into Academy Sports in Evans, GA to look at the Bond Arms Rough Neck. Both gun guys were busy so they got the gal to help. Asked the snotty gal to take the trigger lock off so that I could check the action and dry fire the pistol. (Most gun owners would consider this a reasonable request because of the "All sales are final" policy of these big box stores.) She said that she wouldn't do it because it was against policy and has been that way ever since she worked there for 17 years. Well, I've bought 1 shotgun and 3 pistols there -- bought a Sig last year -- I was able to check the action and dry fire each and every one in that same store. When I asked how I was suppose to check it out, with a very snotty tone, she said, "Do your research before you come in to buy. Besides, that gun is not good." I've never had a gun store employee treat me like this or speak so negatively about a product. I don't think Bond Arms would like retailers speaking this way about their fine products. Won't be buying anything from this outfit ever again. I urge others to avoid this company and start supporting your local neighborhood gun shop. Even if you have to pay a little more, it's worth supporting the small time operator. They won't squawk about removing a trigger lock and letting you dry fire.

Damaged product

I placed an order on July 3rd for a charcoal grill, the order number is 36402****. I brought the package home and there was extreme damage done to the grill. I would like to get refund back of the grill. I have pictures of the damages if you need them. Was also missing some screws and washers from the package.
