My girlfriend and I worked during Halloween and I never got paid. We were running around to the bars which were impossible to get to on time. Seattle to gig harbor to Sumner and to Kent. It was a nightmare. I filled out all the forms and never got a dime. I lost money. It was in 2008

THIS COMPANY IS HOW MY IDENTITY GOT STOLEN!!! My friend signed up and does events occasionally. I signed up hesitantly to earn some extra money. HOWEVER I did not do any events and I'm dealing with a huge identity theft case. I hope they know this will absolutely not be tolerated on my end and am working to build a case with my local police department.

Awesome Company, New Employees!
So I was skeptical to work for unveiled after reading some of the reviews...But I gave them a chance and they have been awesome! The pay is really good, and I have always received my check on time. Also the girls in the office are super sweet and they are always down to answer my questions. It seems like their last employees maybe were not the best, but the staff they have now have made a lot of changes and I think this company will go far. I think anyone looking to work some great promos with a supportive staff should check out unveiled. I love this company and plan to work with them for a long time.

AC Model sucks! They don't pay their employees and then lie to them when questioned.
These people might as well be stealing from your wallet! My experience with this company has horrible! I read the reviews and I could have been the one writing most of them. I have never gotten paid on time...I get the runaround bs when I ask where my check is, they have shorted my pay, when my car broke down and I couldn't make it they charged me over twice as much as my event would have paid me and took it out of my check when it finally came...over 2 weeks from when they said "it was mailed out and should be there today or tomorrow. These people are deceitful liars. When I told them I wouldn't be able to do another event until I received my check that is over 10 days late, because I literally don't have any money for gas...they had the nerve to tell me that it is only a part time job and that I should not depend on it for income. Then they deactivated my account so I can't even see what they have not paid me for. I am sure it is just another way to screw me out of money that is rightfully mine! After reading all the other reviews when I first had problems I should have ran as fast as I could to get away from these unethical b****rds. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with these people. I am reporting them to the better business bureau, and I will tell anyone and everyone, including all of the businesses that I know they are contracted with what kind of business they are running! This is not slander in any way, shape, or form...this is the honest truth!!

I got put on a run a round about my paycheck. I have not recieced anything. Was Told several times I would recieve it first week of april, then on the 25th amd then sent out the 25th. And theN semt out monday and still have not. I turned everything in I needed to. And still nothing. Im pretty Pissed. For lack of communication. And when I talked to michelle she never responded. So I jave been left in the dark non stop. ANd now im screwed with rent and bills and credibility. I found a job I loved. I found a job that wored with my schedule as a mother. And hinestly this is a joke! I never had issues before the new system change and now im having non stop ossues.

SCAM ALERT. FRAUDULENT PRACTICES.
I applied to do Promotions, and before even doing an interview, or being hired I received an email requesting a copy of my Social Security card, and a W-9. SCAM ALERT. THIS IS NOT HOW HIRING WORKS. I am appalled by their practices and am immediately reporting this behavior to CL where I found it and any where else they may be preying on younger under/unemployed women. Some don't know better and are being set up for Identity Theft and Fraud. Either this company is as fraudulent and they appear to be, or whoever is in the HR position of hiring needs to be let go. Only hours after finishing the online registration, Natasha Pattison sent me a one-line email reminding me to send my Social and W-9 form a non-reply email address. This is just WRONG. NO EMPLOYER WILL ASK FOR AN EMAILED COPY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES WITH AC MODEL AND TALENT. THEY HAVE CANCELED EVENTS WITHOUT TELLING ME, SHORTED ME ON PAY, AND TAKEN TOO LONG TO PAY ME. ALSO SOME OF THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE ARE JUST SKETCHY AND UNEDUCATED. I HAVE ACTUALLY NEVER HAD AN EVENT GO SMOOTHLY WITH THIS COMPANY. THERE CAME A POINT WHERE IT WAS JUST THE LAST STRAW AND I JUST COULDN'T WORK FOR THEM ANYMORE. THAT CAME WHEN THE CANCELED AN EVENT ON ME AND I DIDN'T FIND OUT UNTIL AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER I WAS TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THE PERSON THAT BOOKED ME. THEY DIDN'T COMPENSATE ME FOR MY TIME. A COMPANY MUCH BETTER TO WORK FOR IS VALENS EVENT MARKETING, THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF AND ARE ACTUALLY ORGANIZED.

Never Got Paid
I can't stess enough DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY OR WORK FOR THEM! I worked for them for 11 months out if spokane. Everything was fine until I started keeping record of all my events. I noticed I was getting shorted on pay checks. At first I thought it was just a mistake. My booking agent blamed payroll and payroll was very hard to get ahold of! Your booking agent submits events to payroll and payroll pays out. When you do figure out that you're missing payments your booking agent will say call the payroll in which case they won't answer or you do get ahold of them they will make you submit your recap and receipt again (which should be in their system) with you get paid monthly so you would have to have them from a month and a half ago which most people won't keep them their recaps that long making it so they don't have to pay them. If you do work for them keep all of your recaps which sometimes they will tell you that isn't in their database so you're SOL anyways. There're plenty of different agencies in Spokane that will pay you for your time and usually pay weekly so you don't work and then get paid a month and a half later. The booking agents are rude and most the time un organized. My booking agent sent me to 3 different wrong locations and blamed the office. Also swearing and raising her voice at at me when I didn't understand something which I have recorded. I brought on five girls to the AC model Spokane team at which none of them work for them anymore due to payment issues and booking agent issues. We are working on turning them into better business bureau. I now work for 4 different agencies that all cringe at the name of AC model and talent. One of them said that she got 3 of their accounts from them due to the lack of organization on their part.

5 Years ago worked for AC never got paid
I worked for AC Model and Talent five years ago and never got paid. Their new hire paperwork is 30 pages long on purpose to make people give up on the ordeal. Horrible selfish business practices. They are known by other BA's that they don't pay. I am not sure why they are still in business. Out of 30 companies I work for, AC is top 2 worst, if they changed their business practices and just paid people what they earned they would be so much better off. I don't know why they don't do this. Just do the right thing ac.

AC Model Talent Does NOT Pay their promotional models
This happened to me and 3 other people that got hired the same time as me. They will tell you that you never turned in your 'new hire paperwork' and then when you contact the payroll dept. They ignore you and do not respond to your questions directly, they send pre-written responses and dod not personally get back to you. They never answer the phone at the payroll dept. and will not return your calls no matter how many messages you leave. AC Model Talent has not paid any of us and is ignoring our inquiries. We all still have yet to be paid.

unethical, unprofessional, big waste of time! I did an event that they NEVER paid me for and when i ask about my check they say It should arrive any day or contact payroll and that is if they do not ignore your question. When you call their costumer service or payroll line or even email them they never reply! it is a big waste of time! Plus they are unprofessional that they send you a prepaid card to do the event and yet it is invalid so you have to pay for everything and wait to get reimburse! what kind of company is this? I am shocked to see such comments about this company. I have worked with them in Oregon for 3 years and have had nothing but good things to say about them. They are one of the few promotional companies that pay on a monthly bases and that actually pay drive and reimburse on time. I know they started to use cards so talent wouldn't have to buy product. However, the card company was down for like a week. Which is obviously not their fault. I will continue to work for them and encourage others to do so as well. Life happens. DO NOT work for this company **They charge you! to work
I was hired to work for this company. 1st day at the event I had to pay out of pocket for the product because the Credit Card the gave me was declined. The last day I worked the card was declined again. When I received my pay check they CHARGED me for the uniform AND shorted me over $200 in pay. I called the office and asked for a detailed invoice of where they got the amount from, instead they ask me for a detailed sheet of what I should get paid. I gladly mailed back the uniform to get my money back. No where in the handbook does it say that I would be charged for the shirt they require me to wear. I email the invoice to them, didn't get a response for 2 weeks. I resent the email and got a reply. I called the office and was told they didn't receive my uniform this week. I tried to explain to them that I sent it 3 weeks ago. The entire time, the person on the phone had an attitude. Would never work for this company again.
