Login and membership issues and no way to get help in a timely manner. When you reach out you get a recording that says they will get back to you in three business days!!

Its difficulty was the only thing that improved and not maturity they always put in kids games
I kept on searching for a good game and never found one at all for christ's sake they thought they would be famous and schools support ABCya.

I was directed to interact online to resolve the issue. I had already tried that several times. I need to speak to a human being. My grandchild walked away in dismay and I still do not have access for whatever reason. Unhappy!
