Worst customer service ever
The customer service people do not listen at all the hang up on a customer. No interest in actually helping the customer. Refused to let me speak with a supervisor!

Paid to access website for my grand daughter with new user name and password that did not work. Could not contact ABC Mouse by phone or email to fix the issue, so I cancelled the account

Very surprised you just renewed without asking. I would like a refund for this year because the grandkids do not use often enough to warrant an expense like this. Please let me know what you can do. I canceled but you did not offer a refund Please advise

Great for Homeschool Children
I'm not complaining about anything, I just want information about how to raise your percentage up. When my child has lower than 80% on her assessment and she retakes it, the percentage stays the same, even when she has all the correct answers.

My abcmouse not working
Abcmouse starts working with a lesson, but it gets stuck at the end of that lesson and my daughter cant submit her work. The submit button doesnt show up! We have tried many times to start and different days and it continues on the same lesson! Please help us to fix the problem. Thanks!

I have spent hours today trying to cancel the subscription
I tried the "chat" to cancel the subscription, kept saying that a customer service rep would be with me shortly. How many hours is shortly? Had to do a lot of online searching in order to find an address. Never could get anyone to answer the phone in customer service. The product is good, although many sites out there for free that offer the same content. I would never suggest anyone sign up for ABCMouse.
