*** 3 weeks and still can't get tv. *** company

Ordered 75 inch tv online and it was to be delivered to local store to be delivered to home in 10-15 days. Been over 3 weeks and still no tv. Local store has identical tv but said I could get it but it was going to cost $30 more a month. Just BS

Your system is all messed up

I ordered a washer and dryer last week. I got a phone call Thursday last week that I had another order online. I told them no I was looking at a dresser online. I wanted to come in store Friday morning to look in store for the dressers but I needed the washer and dryer delivered Friday. Never got my washer and dryer. They delivered me a dresser now Ive gone through this three times in your system and Im trying to get it figured out before I really get mad and I report you to the Better Business Bureau.

The store messed up my order completely

I ordered a washer and dresser online I had talked with someone got it all set up for delivery for Friday, August 25, 2023. They brought me a dresser instead and said that that was my order and when I finally got to the bottom of it they had let me know that somehow someway my original order I got messed up because I had told them I was going to come in store and look at dressers in store but I needed the washer and dryer. I ordered online and I never got it.

Broken furniture when delivered and fixed multiple times until sent back now I'm being harassed daily

Bought furniture from Aaron's it was broken while it was being delivered. They sent someone out to assess the issue and dispatched someone to repair it. After 3 times repairing it I finally had it picked up. My wife also had some things through them and had hers picked up and they would not do it on a timely manner, told them it couldn't be picked up on the date they wanted, I told them it had to be earlier and they wouldn't do it until the date they had picked. I let them know it was being picked up 2 days after the due date and told them we aren't paying for the entire month because of it, they said no problem we won't be charging you at all. Well... They picked up the furniture and still charged us for the entire month and are now still harassing us daily for more money.

Manager is a liar

I called with my payment she said to come in before 7 that we would resolve the issue I been gaveling i came in to pay she said I was late when I wasnt I had the cash now yall can get your *** ! Im not paying late fees when I talked to ur managers and had a agreement that she refused to keep

Being harassed by multiple phone calls daily before my payment is due

I have still continued to be harassed. And my payment is supposed to be on the 9th of every month and beginning at 8 AM on the 1st of every month. I get multiple calls from 2 employees every single day. It is now 5 days past my due date. I have already spoken with an employee at their store. But yet 2 people showed up today threatening. They are going to retrieve their property back. From the 1st of the month until the eighth of the month, I received 47 phone calls including voicemails from 2 employees at this location. I have tried reaching out to higher authority without receiving any response.

Bad customer service

Will never go to this Aaron's again. Been having problems with this Aaron's since the new store manager took over. First thing was I asked for a payment holiday the kept telling me that dont offer that, but I've used it before, and it states in my lease that it is a option. Thought they finally had it figured out. Was called and was told that it was all taken care of. So I figure it was good and everything was caught up. Then came last about 2 weeks ago got a call from Aaron's stating that the couch that I ordered online was in and they wanted to set up a delivery. Still have the voicemail from them trying to set up a delivery date so I called them back. Set it up for this past Thursday. Well then come Thursday they didn't show up so I called them and they tell me that they can't deliver it because I'm behind on a payment. As far as I knew I was all caught up. But this is got to be some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Have been using Aaron's since 2016. I know I'm a preferred member because everything I get from you guys. I pay off and then this is how they treat a loyal customer

See the email I sent you. There isnt enough that I can say about the so called manager John. He is the rudest person I have ever talked to on a phone. I have never seen him at all. I called him a couple of days ago because I was doing an order online and when I got to the end it told me to call my nearest store. So I called, John answered the phone he was fine until I told him who I was. I told him I was doing an order online and before I even got done he interrupts me to tell me hes not going to do busy we me, I said oh well and hung up. Im wondering how many customers turns and walks away or hangs up on him. Hes rude and sarcastic.

I have been a customer with aarons for quite a while now to say that is I do not like being called bud or Powe when I go into your establishment I am not disrespectful to your your workers your peopl

I I think it is Condescending also I think its disrespectful to call me Bud,too old to be spoken to like that.

Rude, disrespectful, dishonest practices

Money taken out of accounts before due dates, disrespectful staff and manager 3-4 managers in about 2 months. charging late fees when payments are not even due. would not allow me to return items that I did not want unless payment was made, pick-up was not done til following day after appointment was made. The delivery people are the only GOOD staff there. I have been a customer for over 20 years and Don't go to Armistice Blvd in Pawtucket nor Cranstonthis is what I am currently dealing with.

Ontario Ohio store

To whom it may concern: I have a lease-to-own refrigerator that has not worked at all, they were supposed to take it to be fixed, but claimed I have roaches. When they said that I cancelled the lease because I felt they were lying because they didn't want to do their job. I have had pest control come in repeatedly and they said the drivers are wrong, there aren't roaches anywhere in my home. The store manager says that doesn't matter and that they won't take back the refrigerator due to roaches. They claimed they have pictures of roaches in it, however pest control says there isn't any evidence of roaches and they are wrong. I want this refrigerator out of my house, I have already bought a working refrigerator elsewhere. We have been working to resolve this for about a month. What do I need to do to get this taken care of and this refrigerator removed from my home? Thank you, Jessica Livesay

No news is still bad news

So Im reading through the reviews and I notice that the original response is just a computer generated one by LuckyDog I think it was called. I fool heartedly thought an actual person reached out to correct my amount of humiliation and discrimination done to me by a manager that coincidentally no longer is employed by them. That may correct the amount of *** done there by cleaning out uneducated management but that doesnt fix MY issue. I even stated I would let things go if I got an apology for the actions of Terrible Tony but no. I instead get a computer generated response here and a *** one from new management Dave, simply saying they cant help me but they can give me a better price. Let me dumb things down for you since I have a traumatic brain injury and have it used against me hence the discrimination, let me tell you what youve actually said to me and how I see it. Let me paint you a picture. A family woman comes in. Explains her hardship. And at this point shes already had some smoke blown up her business and given the run around about said desperate situation that a member of your public, your potential customer, your audience (we watch everything) comes to you for assistance, no. She comes to you when she has nothing left. And what youre saying to me right now is that you care enough about the actions of one to stop their employment with you but you dont care enough to make it right. All your doing is giving me further insult by offering an impossible unreachable option. Broke is broke. I live in a small town. Well. Small enough. However the sense of having your neighbors back is null. American greed. I know what I ask is completely doable. So do it

Terrible Tony

Ive reached out to you before and have yet to get a response. Im in a direr situation and instead of ur manager Tony being forward enough to be an honest human, he waits until after I complain about how he treated me and then humiliates me and shames me because I want to clean my clothes and die with a little bit less stress. What he did to me for months was just down right wrong to do to anyone!! And Im asking for your help to make this right. I live in a single income home and frankly my husband and teenage daughter need clean clothes more than I do so I will wash what I can afford of their clothes and ignore my wants and needs. Lawd knows I would definitely feel better living with a terminal illness if I could throw in clean jammies to pass in. Can you assist me. Please. Im begging. I was informed there were several knocked around machines good enough to be donated as Tony promised as a write off. Please.

*** customer service

I purchased my tv at the Aarons in Erwin NC the manager in store didnt tell me about the warranty that was on the tv then the tv warranty went out a year after I paid the damn tv off and now the tv is having volume problems I go in and talk to the manager about it and he says to me well at the time you purchased the tv we didnt have extra warranties and now we do (which is too damn late for me) then he tells me well I can sell you a refurbished sound bar like why the *** would I buy anything else for this company and the fact that you dont care you just care that I paid the tv off

Aaron's changed my middle name to DNR (humiliating me to his co-workers and in public as well) very unprofessional and until they change management and certain employees I'll go elsewhere

In June of 2022 I went to Aaron's in need of a Refrigerator and I lucked out and found one that I liked so we went through the whole spiel of written agreements and signatures, well in August the Refrigerator started to make weird noises and not as cold as it was in the beginning so I went in to Aaron's and told them about my fridge and they told me to call the repair guy to come look at my fridge and warned me that he's months out for doing repairs I just looked at him like 'are you kidding me?' I'm like fine whatever- well I had no luck as well as the guy never reached out to me either- I kept going in every week and asking if they had made me an appointment with the repair guy and they thought that I was going to call, umm 1 I don't work for Aaron's 2 it's not my job that's when I decided to stop payments until they made my appointment. Well it finally happened, they came to pick up my fridge about a week later to get repaired (we lost around 500.00 worth of food waiting on them) then they brought us a loaner fridge while my fridge was off being repaired, they brought my fridge back and oh my gahhhh my fridge was damaged (have pics) I went to the Store and told them about the damage that occurred and showed them pictures of the damage- they came and got the fridge again this time they had to order the handles and parts that were damaged. Once the fridge was ready they came out to get the loaner fridge- they stood there as yet again watching us pull food out of the fridge- wasted another 4 or 500 dollars worth of food- they got the loaner fridge out and we waited for them to bring in my fridge and at that time I was ready to make a payment but they just took off like 2 thieves in the night- didn't say a word- after a day or so (I needed to calm down) I went in and talked to the young lady about my fridge and she was trying to figure out what was going on (I had received a letter from Aaron's) well the Manager finally showed his face, we talked about the Refrigerator- I was going by what the letter had said and the Manager said that's not how this works, I need 3 payments before we can resume your agreement- the conversation got heated and the Manager started to yell at me putting everything on me like the whole situation was my fault, he took responsibility for nothing yelling at me that he bent over backwards to help me and the hundreds of dollars worth of food that went to waste wasn't his problem, totally floored by his demeanor and Unprofessionalism I just walked away- livid and floored, how unbelievably quick he changed his tone of voice when being called out on his part in this whole situation (he renigged on his part- 6 months no pay plus 200 dollars off for loss of food- total food loss is close to a thousand dollars, part of the 6 months no pay was for inconvenience as well) I have been a loyal customer for years like 20 plus years and this is the treatment that I get, absolutely appalled and nothing has been done to remedy the situation, I sure hope Corporate will do something. The Manager most certainly deserves to lose his job the Unprofessionalism and the yelling, swearing- he should be ashamed of himself!! **I forgot to add this vital piece of information- If you're late with a payment they WILL NOT Call you and it's Saturdays that they will come and repo your things**
