Do Not Use AAA Moving Company
Interstate move Do not use this company - Bill will answer the phone and tell you what you want to hear, take your money and never call you back. The contract came, money was paid - but that didn't seem to hold a lot of credibility. On moving day they cancelled the pick up an hour into the time slot - and it was a Friday to boot. We had hours to vacate the apt but having the mover back out ultimately cost another $1,200 for an additional month of rent (apt would not rent by the week) - I never dealt with such incompetency in my life! The promises they made without any follow-up or actions - I am uncertain how they keep the business running. They contract out, so if there is an issue with the truck, its your loss. We ended up paying rent in 2 states and they could care less and finding another mover. Save your sanity and don't call them - there are reputable ones out there.
