Ordered can cozies for a company event... They took our money and never delivered.

Same story... Person was sick, out of the office, was working on the order, would overnite it to make the event. Never received anything and was never refunded our money either. Scam!!! I would never order from this company again, even if they offered to make it right. How do you stop an on-line company from doing this to more people? How do you put them out of business so that they don't keep doing this? Look for companies that don't require money up front.

I ordered bracelets for my baby grandson's memorial service. When I ordered they guaranteed that I would have the bracelets within three weeks.

It is rare that I take time out of my day to complain about something like this. Like many people who complain, and rightfully so, the goal is to prevent someone else from having to go through the same experience. I was reading reviews, of which there are many, and was hurt to read from others that they got the run around and that the person they needed to speak with was sick and could not communicate with the office. This is what happened to me. Upon ordering, I was guaranteed that I would receive the bracelets within three weeks. Two weeks to make them and one week to ship them. I followed up twice a week and was told where the bracelets were in the line-up. Three weeks came and went and no bracelets. Each time I followed up I was told they would go out the next day. The person said he was sick and not able to communicate with the office/factory. Upon him returning, I was given another date and was told they would send them overnight delivery. Another two weeks went by and no bracelets. Two days until the Memorial Service and the company cancelled my order and refunded my money. I was told "The bracelets didn't make it," as though the bracelets had a life of their own. The entire time I was given updates were all lies. The truth was my order was a small order of 300 bracelets and the company chose not to make my bracelets. Had they told me this in the beginning - or even in the middle - I could have ordered bracelets elsewhere, or gotten another item for a memory keepsake. The integrity was not there and no one is actually in charge of anything. I learned the hard way that you cannot believe anything you are told. I was told that, "I told you you would receive your bracelets and I didn't deliver." Oh well. I understand mistakes, I understand breakdowns, I understand illness. I will never, ever, understand lies. These lies were actually cruel. It was just another small order for them. To me, it meant everything that I give people the bracelets with my baby grandson's name on them. Buyers, beware. Don't be giving and caring like I was; it only makes it easier for them to lie to you. For your own sake, please do not believe anything they say. If you need something by a certain date and your order is a small order, go somewhere else. In my situation, where I was grieving and working so hard to make sure everything came together, it was downright cruel to be lied to. I am quite sure large companies with large orders do not experience the lies. I did though and it mattered. Integrity matters. I am going to order the bracelets through a reputable promotional outlet person. This rep was so upset over what happened to me, he offered to engrave items for my guests for free. The good news is - he is my hero and my angel and I will order the bracelets through him, when I find the time. He made the grieving process so much easier and when you grieve the loss of a child you need all the help you can get. Cancelling my order two days before the Service was unforgiveable. I was told just the day before they had sent them out overnight delivery. Lies, lies, lies.

Fraud: took my money and never sent me my product

I ordered promotional mirrors for my company for a business expo. They processed my ordered and took my money out of my account in the same day. I never received my items by my firm in hand date. when I contacted the company someone kept giving me the run around about they were sick and haven't been in the office. They would never give me any information as to were my product was or when I would be getting it, just that that were looking into it. It is now almost a month since I was supposed to get my product and still haven't received it. When I told the company I wanted a refund through email and voicemail no one has responded to me. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I filed a Better Business bureau report and a promotional outlet never responded. Don't trust this company they will steal your money and *** over.
