Racial discrimination
I stopped working with Don after he made racist remarks about a customer. Their company is very difficult to deal with and charge too much for their services. Theyre unprofessional and do not keep commitments with their Customers. This is the last contractor I would hire to do anything in my home. I dont believe theyre trustworthy and I dont believe the owner has any integrity.

The reason for my review is that I was scammed!
My wife and I purchased a 911 Restoration Franchise from the C.E.O. Idan Shpizear in the year 2012! Idan Shpizear did not have a license to sell us a franchise in 2012 as we soon learned that this was a common practice! My wife and I filed for recession and we were granted recession, however we were not reimbursed the $55K (fifty five thousand dollars) that we paid for the 911 Restoration of Baltimore Franchise. Because we were not reimbursed by Idan, we were told by the Maryland courts that we would have to arbitrate our case in California which we did do! After a costly lengthy series of hearings in both court and in Arbitration which lasted up into the year 2020 we were seeking further damages of $1,000,000. due to the stroke my wife suffered due to stress, along with the lost of business opportunities, and possibly what we believed to be out right discrimination. To add more stress to this stressful situation as the arbitration hearing began on May, 15 2020 my wife nearly lost her life do to a mysterious sudden fire that started inside of her vehicle near the gas tank which trapped her in the burning vehicle! Not only was our lives now a huge concern do to my work vehicle was sabotaged where the lug nuts were tampered with all during the same week of the arbitration hearing began, my wife and I were notified by the the Arbitration board overseeing the hearings that the defendant Idan Shpizear refused to pay his share to the Arbitration panel to hear our case! The Arbitration panel informed us that if we could not pay for the defendants share of the AAA arbitration cost that the case would be dismissed! After further consideration as to should we pay the defendants share of the arbitration fees as we were already paying our own arbitration fees and realizing that even if we won the law suit would the defendant decide simply not to pay up as he did not pay up with the court ordered rescission in the past that he was ordered to pay in the lower courts, we made a conscious decision to not continue to move forward with the suit! At the end of the day with the near death experience my wife suffered during the arbitration hearings and my work truck being sabotaged and the plaintiff not paying his arbitration fees or court ordered recession we decided to walk away and live!!! Let this be a warning to anyone else considering doing business with this organization! Its a shame how justice does not prevail!!! For the record goggle Burrell v 911 Restoration Franchise Inc.

I have water leakage in my Master bedroom bathroom Laundary room . My insurance Company American Risk Insurance hire 911 Restoration They did great job start 03-17-22 to 03-28-22. I would like to special thanks Techs on site Isaih , James and Stephen they did great job in my house . Great team excellent work. It has been almost two months since the original call and our basement is still incomplete. We have holes through out the entire basement where they cut up our walls. The guys they had come out were always late and then left early. One day they tripped our power and an electrician had to come out. Our bathroom down there is a mess, and we can't use the toilet. It still smells down there. Now they are saying they can't complete the work.

Repair is too slow. 3 months since reported and until today 2/8/2021 not repaired!
My house had water damages last December 2020 and until today, February 8, 2021, the job has not been done. Wrong estimates keeps going back and fort to my good insurance company (USAA) ready to pay but 911 Restoration is too slow responding to my insurance for payment. Now my insurance paid them 3 weeks ago but still my house is not repaired and in bad condition to live in. 911 are thieves. i had smoke damage in the whole upstairs. my insurance agent brought Donn Keith from the Bellevue 911 office in Washington close to Seattle. Donn made up a construction bid.. I didn't like it so i DID NOT hire them. Meanwhile The soft articles were taken followed by the the contents Then the cleaning crew came in Meanwhile i was looking for another contractor to make a bid. 911 came in, Not invited Not knowing thy were coming. AND TORE UP MY VINYL FLOOR AND TOOK IT AWAY ..My wife Candy caught them when she waqs coming home. I was going to keep the floor. 911 refuses to pay for it. THEY ARE THIEVES. I never hired them. The absolute WORST! Outrageous price and a con! Beware they do NOT FOLLOW ESTIMATE!
Had my basement flood. This happened once before and the basement was totally empty except for a door I was quoted ( by Vice President) of 3-4 thousand. A little high considering the first time I flooded I had stuff in the basement that had to be removed and all, and the clean up was 3000. But ok not that bad . they measured etc so there were no "surprises" and the ending bill submitted to the insurance company was much to my horrified amazement almost $ 8,000.00! They ask thT the insurance company pay directly to them so they can scam you. My insurance doesn't work that way Well you can imagine my shock! How can one DOUBLE AN ESTIMATE, either the VICE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY IS DUMB AS A BOX OF ROCKS AND CANT GIVE A PROPER ESTIMATE like I said empty basement!! OR HE IS A CON, I WOULD CHOSE HE IS A CON! The insurance company sent me the check, that is how they work. None of this BS sending it directly to ththe company. I was never presented a bill and had to go to the insurance company to get one. I called the con man (Phil) and he said he would adjust it but never did. I refused to pay double what I was quoted as in the estimate it CLEARLY STATES THAT IF THERE IS AN ADJUSTMENT THAT IT WILL BE DISCUSSED AND AGREED ON BY BOTH PARTIES! He never discussed any higher prices certainly not a 75 to 100% increase! I paid the amount the insurance covered. He lied to my sister that is out of state and actually owns the house telling her I was feeding her a line of BS! He is a LIAR AND A CON people. I have all the PROOF so I would have no reason to lie. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY ! You will be sorry! To top it off they left my walls ruined! They used high power sprayers on my walls and took off all the paint now I have to reprint my entire basement thanks to this *** They left crap on the walls in my other side and had to come back and clean it off. The absolute worst restoration!

Hired for a flooded basement Gave me an estimate of 3-4000 I had a flood before and was 3000 to clean They did a *** job, left *** ( literally ) on walls Electric bill was 400$ which I wouldn't mind but they did a terrible clean up Then the kicker came Never sent me a bill Lied and said when they sent the bill to the insurance that they sent it to me! LIARS! Nothing infuriates me more then a liar. So finally insurance claim went through and they sent me a check for 5000 which is all they can send ( top claim amount) I Calle the person that came and asked for a bill He said he would resend Hasn't I called my insurance company to find out the shister had charged me over $7000! Needless to say I am NOT PAYING th bill A quote of 3-4 turns into 7000????????? mind you there was nothing in my basement at all because it had flooded once before The bill for the first clean up was $3000 THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF , DOOT USE THEM I am going to let it be known how they ripped me off !! Worst company ever! Oh and I had a magnet on my refrigerator that was another plumbing service and the jerk told me not to trust them He shouldn't talk about other companies when he is a ripoff

I called about an hour ago..after talking to machines on the phone with 43rd. precint...I have a , almost 80 yr. old brother who lives alone and is very ill with all kinds of health problems , including diabetes,..he was not answering his phone after several tries from my self and his daughter..i finally had to call 911 ,,I just received a call from my niece and was told by her father( my brother )..that no one ever came...this could have been turned very very bad...what kind of police are we dealing with here.???...we are extremely upset about this service of our , so called...NYC'S FINEST..

Fraudulent/extortion/Scam
Unethical company, 6 months of arguing with insurance. Fraudulent billing. Total dollar value without itemization demanded and then threatening of lien. Constant supplement bills after each final payment. Save yourself the hassle, hire a trustworthy company.

What a storm
After my basement became flooded in a torrential rain storm, I needed help drying the place out and ripping up flooring. After being charged almost $3,000 to deal with 400sq feet of space, the company did not finish the job that I was charged for. Flooring is still sitting in my basement and the company did not deodorize like I paid them to do.

911 came in at a time where I was not on top of my game. My home was flooded and I was in a panic, needless to say they preyed on that. No one would give me a price as to how much the services were going to cost me. They just started doing work. Weeks later I finally received the bill it was 4 times as much as what I thought. Now there threatening to put a lien on my house if I don't pay!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. I have nothing nice to say about them, total nightmare.

Exactly the same experience as other reviews: slow sloppy untruths
Will NEVER use this company again and don't recommend anyone else to - especially single females. They lie, bully and don't finish work in a timely manner. Then they expect payment for a job not finished. Really? May toilet was broken during their remodel process which was estimated to have been completed December 6. It is now January 7th and still not 100%. They want to charge me an extra 250 for toilet repairs even though it was working before they began and the only people who had access to it were their workers.

Charged my insurance without finishing the job
They charged my insurance without completing the job. The idiots came (recommended by Liberty Mutual), found mold on the walls and wanted more money. The appraiser came and denied it all. So they did not finish what they started. Had they just come to clean after a flood, I would have had my services. NOw they screwed everything for me, looking for more money.
