Company never sent me item or refunded me
After waiting 4 weeks for my order o canceled and they said they issued a refund but they never sent it! They just emailed me saying they did and not no respond!

Wondering where my order is
I ordered a complete slide and the post office failed to deliver it. The package was sent back to company and they signed for it. I can't get anyone to call me or email me back to see if they are going to give me my money back or resend my package to me.

They advertise that it's a 10 to 14 days to ship. Well I been waiting a month now and nothing. Customer service number is a no answer and emailing them is a waist of time. The thing is if they would be good business people they would get a really good customer with me but not anymore

Tracking Number # 941081****557953****07 I place my order August the 30th it was fulfilled and sent out on August 31st and today is now September the 7th and I have still not received my package and when I put the tracking number in USPS it states that my package label has been printed but it's still sitting in Florida. There is no valid number for contacting customer service and the only thing I have is this e-mail I would like to know where my packages and if the order has not been fulfilled I would like my money refunded immediately. I think this is very unprofessional and has the Characteristics of a scam being put over on the consumer. Please either send my package or refund my money thank you
