Simple 7up availability
Simple 7up is not available within 100 miles of my address. It is sugar-based with no high fructose corn syrup. I bought it six months ago but now its not in any stores. Ridiculous!

Follow up on complaint
I have found that the 7up is sometimes flat and sometimes taste like soap . I hope that this is looked into.

7up mini can looks weird
We purchased this product at Meijer in Adrian Michigan 49221. So halfway through the box I I found a can that has its sides sucked in. I have some information from the box. SU 0108 7PHC 0621** ** MINI PK. G3189NLE 21:55. I have pictures of this can also.

I contacted your company about defective mini cans they said they would look into it
They sent me 2 coupon of 7.99 each I went to the store to use them and they said they cant except these coupon why did they bother sending them to me please have someone call me very disappointed thank you

Vendor neglect
Vendor came in yesterday to drop off the load, here it is the next day end of the day still no one has come out or nor has communicated with me, if a merchandiser will be here, and now the stuff has been ransacked, and it's taking up space on my floor, if the merchandiser cannot come with the Vendor, I will refuse all loads thank you

1st i freaking love 7up..sometimes with a splash of O.J. Its delish..2nd i want to know what you did this past year to mess it up??? And lastly for the last year it tastes carbonated to much no limon flavor and it does fizz sound when i screw the cap. Now i buy this product everytime i walk in to a atore whether its just one or a few six packs.. Now i must be getting some bad soda almost everytime i purchase at my cub and pop its cheap..and im sick of it not tasting like 7up.. No smoking no liquior.. Just 7up..so i wanna know where i can get some real 7up Not diet real sugar gross just 7up..im spending money on gross sweetened water. Which i wont waste cuz it not cheap. I dont drive so getting to store is a pain so when i buy my 7up. I want 7up! Fix it or tell me where to mail it when its nasty for my $$. Im a lunch lady. I love my 7up. Ask anybody...sorry...lol.. Anyway going to store this wkend hope its 7up and not 7 down. Thank you

Expired bottles sold
I purchased a 7up drink bottle from a seller and they gave me an expired bottle and the problem is they need the bottles are expired and still they sold it to me when I took a sip of it there was a difference in flavour and I asked the store person and checked it's date I asked him they told me I can't do anything and will sell all the expired bottles to customers.

Positive Experience with Retail Stockperson at Local Supermarket
I went to purchase some 2 liter bottles of Diet Sundrop today and the shelves were almost bare. There was a Dr. Pepper/7up stockperson filling shelves and I asked her about some Diet Sundrop. She immediately dropped what she was doing and obtained my request. Many younger people will not do this without making a fuss but Haley never flinched and got my bottles. In this day and age of substandard customer service, I believe you have a winner with Haley and I wanted to commend her and your organization. THANK YOU. Could you give me some local contact information so I can reach out directly to her direct employer and relay the positive feedback?GREAT product. GREAT customer service.

Cant find in bottles in the Somerset or London Kentucky area. Been told its in Russell Springs which we rarely go to or Monticello which is way out of our way. When I contacted you or Customer service, the person did not give me much good information. Also, the email he tagged me and said that I was.a P -I -S-S-E-D consumer I dont even use that word, and I was very offended
