Damaged recliner

I purchased a recliner chair a couple months ago. Today I sat down and the leg broke on it and cannot be repaired.

Claims

I really like my Patio sets...BUTTTTTTTTT there has been so much confusion. Fedex stated they delivered the first set and I never got it. Received the second set and the screws don't line up. So much going back and forth with FedEx. Finally contacted Seventh Avenue to resend another set and the replacement part. Received replacement patio set...holes still don't line up. Now I need ANOTHER replacement part...same part as first one. So frustrating. When I called customer service today there was no onfo on replacement part. #stuckinlimbo #

These people gave credit 2 someone I have never heard of they use my email address and my credit is slowly being destroyed because they I didn't order anything and so now I'm my credit score is going down slowly I don't understand how that could happen would just giving somebody credit just cuz they know my email addressI

Upset was turned down for credit when i had credit and pd it off. You let me get credit while having bad credit,i paid it off before time then turned down on computer i need for college

Very nasty customer service representative

I've been trying to resolve an issue with defective jewelry since early November 2020. It's January 29th 2021 and my issue isn't resolved as of yet. I called today to check on the issue and I was accused of not being able to express myself clearly and of stealing from a very rude customer service representative. This disrespectful agent took my through a range of emotions that I had no idea I could ever experience from from a company that I spend my hard earned money with. She inappropriately laughed, kept me on hold for over 45 minutes and eventually hung up on me. I will never and I mean never do business with this company as long as I'm still breathing. I am thankful that my credit account is at zero because I could never send them my money ever again. I'd just like to get my refund for the defective wedding bands I purchased and caused my spouse to get a rash and needed to see a Dr. for treatment. I'm actually thinking about litigation at this point.

No there were backstraprs in broshur to keep top of furniture covers in place

I called yes . I had a big order .

I got a woman on the phone that apparently didnt know her job . I want to know to if I made a order would I get it before Christmas. She said I had the wrong no# Well for one I didnt have the wrong No# And 2 you missed out on a close to 500. Order

Missing items

They say my orders were delivered on 12/5/20. I never received them. Then they never put me in touch with the right store, I not able to get a response back from them. I have paid my money and I'm so upset.

Over payment

I wore a check over a week ago and mailed is nov 19th when I saw on nice 25th it was not cashed yet I called and they advised me if I pay over the phone they would send my check back to me mind you my bill was 19.91 so I paid it with a 2.00 charge. I logged on today to my bank nov 28th and they look the money out when they told me they would and when I call I get a automated person telling me to leave a message. I will never shop at seventh ave again.

To make a payment, i already said this

When trying to make a payment thru the automated system, it doesnt accrpt my info, we go around in circles, eventually, it connects me to a human. The agent also says I have no account (happened at least three times). Seems their is another person's name on my account. I have had this same phn number for over 12 yrs. My account registered to this same address for 6 1/2 yrs. Same e-mail for near over 15 yrs. So, I don't understand the problem... ir if has been corrected. I payed off the balance so I don't go thru the same frustration again. Am hesitant to place more orders. (I don't like paying a extra while a human handles my payment, since the automated system can't help me. Several times, the operator transferred me back to the automated system, only for me to go thru the same mess again. ) Be well and safe. thank you. lmh
