No one available, store closed nothing was accomplished
I did not receive a bill for payment, I tried to call several times they kept telling me I have no account. All I wanted to do is find out why and if I could pay so I didn't receive a late fee. Then I had a message stating I missed a payment and now $15.00 late fee. So I tried to have them remove it and I was told to send with new bill and call to do so. They will remove when received.

Defective merchandise
I was given a glider bench and it was missing some essential pieces. Heidi was able to help me!! I will receive a packing/mailing label for FedX so I can send the defective merchandise back. Heidi assured me I will be receiving a new bench. I am very pleased as I love the bench! I received the glider as a gift.

This is the worst co. I've ever seen. They sente a letter in the mail that if I'd make a $22 down payment they would send me the item, I went to do it and in 2days time they said pay $35 I'm not paying them nothing I'll purchase it somewhere that the co don't lie to you. I'll never order from seventh avenue again.
