Hi, i placed 2 orders with 7now on 4/15. The first order was canceled costing $25 wich is the reason i ordered again but with a slightly bigger tip totalling $27. The next morning (4/16) I check my bank balance and find i was charged $25.00 twice from 7now and $27.00 as well for a total of $77.00. Order numbers are #1681 60** **54 0346 AND #1681 61** **41 6334. I was double charged for the first order number listed and i have bank statements showing 7now as the charge. The $27.00 order was successful. This Monday morning 4/17 i only received $25.00 back and im still missing $25.00. I can send bank statements if necessary, thank you

Need immediate assistance
Waited 3 hours, was lied to with three different excuses from customer service, and never received order. Ordered from competitor and food arrived within 20 mins, though competitor is further from my house. They use same delivery services. I own a radio station and a newspaper and plan to let the ENTIRE TOWN know about this horrendous experience and recommend nobody else set themselves up for such disappointment. And yes, I have screenshots of the entire 3.5 hour ordeal, including being told my order has left the restaurant and was minutes away TWICE.
