I was verbally assaulted and threatened by a 7-Eleven employee
I went in to buy a Dr pepper. Francis proceeded to tell me I wasn't allowed in there because when I had covid the mngr Ang cut me out of the schedule. I asked the owner Segal to pls find out why I was not allowed in there and I assumed it was alright because she never said anything to me about it. Francis went through files and got my phone number and called my phone threatening me and my boyfriend with a gun.

Problem with a store manager/crew
A while ago mag paybills ako sabi ng cashier/crew name jerome correche na offline daw without trying scanning my barcode, sabi ko sakanya lahat po ba ng 7/11 offline sabi nila oo daw kaya sabi ko sakanila pang 2times na to nangyari pero wen i try it to the other branch hindi naman offline dapat di po sila mag sabi na lahat ng branch offline tapos nung sasabihin ko na mag cocomplaint ako sabay deny kaya ang mga crew nyo wala ki assurance na gagawa ng tama yan at lalo na sa manager hindj marunong mkiusap...ngtake pa ngpicture saakin and beside my mga audio naman ata ang cctv sa store nyo u can review the incident..

Fall at 7/11 store
I was going in to 7/11 in sterling Colorado I walked in and I started walking to the soda machine and there was no yellow sign saying slippery and wet as I was headed towards the soda machine I slipped and fall on the floor nobody was around me so I slowly got up and went to the front counter to see the cashier bending down on her knees filling the cigarette tray from behind the counter as I approached the lady cashier I had said excuse me we're are the yellow signs that are put out when the floor is wet I had told her I had fall over by the soda machine yes I was very angry first of was because there. Was no signs warning me that the floor was wet and I had multiple knee injuries in the past so falling n the same knee that I have injured two other times before as I she has told me I was coming off on her with a attitude and she had told me that I just seen her walk from over there were she mopped and all I was trying to do was explain to her that I just walked in the doors to 7/ 11 so gle could I have seen her come from that way then she screamed at my and told me to get the *** out so yes again I was angry and she had no right treating me in that way so I told her she was being rude and I walked out the door I have yet to contact the sterling Colorado police department and make a report and to also make a complaint to corporate I am in bad pain I didn't go to the house yet but if it gets worse I'll be going to er I will also ask to hospital to write out a written report I was in the 7 elven store in sterling Colorado around 1 pm Friday I didn't get ger name but she has dark blackish reddish hair slim looking I hope the cooperate office takes this matter seriously and I am hoping the are able to resolve this issues I will be filing a claim with the court's as we'll thank you for taking the time out and reading this email Sincerely Michelle ward

How do I order cigarettes for delivery
I didnt have a complaint, I just needed to know how to get cigarettes delivered. My first tries didnt lead me anywhere. Now that Ive found what I needed, Im good. Thank you!

I ordered from the app. It was delivered to a different address 11 miles down the road. They won’t give me a refund. Then they canceled my account.

My order was delivered to some random address 11 miles from me. They wont give me a refund. They wont show me pictures of the delivery. Then they canceled my account. The delivery address is not the address delivered to.

Usually doordash from 7 Eleven is great but this time they were not great. The Gatorade Zeros I ordered were the wrong flavor and the bottles were severely dented.

I can't use the card I buy it
7/1 never added money to my Green dot card that I just purchased from them200.00 and they keep saying that it's Green dot issue, I can't get a live customers service from green dot . What can I do for my refund or just add 200to my card ,.I have proof of purchase Card & receipt I submitted it to 7eleven & haven't heard anything from them .

$200 STOLEN FROM MY EBT CARD
I went into 7-Eleven on June the 14th 2023 and I bought $26.71 worth of items food items and paid with my EBT card. When I went to the next day to buy groceries from Albertsons I saw that I had $0 in my EBT account and when I checked my transactions the person had charged me twice for the $26.71 on the same day 06/14/23- charges for $8.99, $50.00, $99.88 totaling $200, and now I have no money for groceries for the rest of the month !! this is a completely and totally outrageous disgusting thing that these employees are able to do and I need something done about this!! what am I supposed to do for groceries for the rest of this month? We going to the stores not expecting to be stolen from by the employees.

Nothing they can't do anything to a franchises and only the owner can do anything but I put the text from his Assistant manager on here terroristic threatening over communication device

I was violated of my 4th amendment and your employee was the cause of this
I was pulled out of my vehicle and harassed and violated my fourth amendment because of an employee of 7-Eleven location in City of Hesperia calling the law enforcement and line making a statement that I had a pistol in my vehicle and I had it on my person which was a lie after I spoke with your employee and he knew that I had a flat tire because the machine had popped out my stem and broke my stem somehow that I was stranded and I was broken down there waiting for a tow after speaking to him and I'm letting him know this he took it upon himself to lie to the police department and tell them that I had a gun in my vehicle on mother's Day could have been killed anything my knees were bad had to get on the ground cuffed and bearish vehicle was violated for no apparent reason and they found nothing cuz I never had nothing I don't like this feeling don't understand I want you guys to make this right before I take further directions called the complaints spoke with couple nice people waiting for the owner haven't heard nothing back hope to hear back from somebody soon thank you phone number 626-820-****

Horrible customer service
An overnight employee in Lancaster CA on Sierra hwy hit me with a broom and bruised my arm terribly bad. I had on two jackets and a sweater and deeply bruised.he thought I was stealing I'm a female and didn't touch one single item. He has a problem with females I seen him cuss several of us out. Yes also went to jail vandalisming a females car with a metal bat. Later bailed out by the stores manger. Robby is his name and he only works nights he needs to be investigated and the owner held at fought for still allowing him to work with all the negative and discrimination towards women customers...

I live around the corner from 7-Eleven and I visitor every day if not every other day. There is a employee name on Lenora. She works third shift who is so ignorant and disrespectful. Should I allow you in the store if she is smoking a cigarette which she should put down her cigarette when she sees a customer. She is always sitting on her *** behind the counter, and will pick and choose who she wants to cash out excuse my language, but the *** needs to go.!
