I have a swing that I used for my grandsons stored it for a year and now it won’t work
I dont know what happened it just wont work anymore and it worked fine when I stored it for a year in a heated room. Very upset cuz I need it for my granddaughter and cant afford a new one Im on disability

Bought a second bassinet and this one isn’t working either.
Having trouble getting the bassinet to continue to move we set the timer and it shuts down after 40 seconds bought a second bassinet and the same thing happens disappointment

No exchange policy
I registered for a few of your items on baby list, one of the items I would like to return without notifying the person who sold purchased it for me. I have the order number and packing slip that was on the box I was told that I would need to notify the person who purchased it for me and that your company does not take returns or exchanges. It is extremely embarrassing to have to contact somebody who purchased you a baby gift. I am not going to do that, Im also not going to recommend people register for your products. Lauren

Do not buy from baby list registry
Do not buy from baby list registry make sure you purchase these products direct from them. After my baby shower and then after the baby was born we realized that the item was too large and even though I had all of the information the company does not do exchanges and I wouldve had to have notified the person who purchased it for me, and that wouldve been embarrassing. So now I am stuck with this item.

Wast of time and money don’t buy very cheap product broken after 2 weeks BEWARE.
