I never signed up for anything with this company, 4homefitness.com. Out of nowhere, they charged my bank account for Oct/Nov/Dec 2022!! THIS IS A SCAM -- They charged my account in Oct/Nov with the name 4HomeFitness, then in Dec 2022 they changed the name of the company to musclebooster in Dec 2022. THIS IS A SCAM -

I have never heard of this company and they somehow got ahold of my credit card info. Their Chat sent me to another site asking for my to pay $1 and fill in my cc info. This company appears to be a scam.

Thought I wanted to join & after I accepted the trial period that never occurred they billed me & when you download the app you get another charge

I was looking for new fitness apps and this one seemed decent. I signed up for a free trial and cancelled pretty immediately but I still keep getting charged 30.99$ every month! I cant get in contact with ANYONE to get my refund or stop being charged! ABSOLUTE ***

I do NOT have this app on my phone nor have I ever used it. They keep trying to charge my card, which was blocked. I had to receive a new card with a new number and notify all auto pay vendors with the new number. As soon as that happened, this company tried to charge me again. The bank wants to block the card and start all over. Someone at this company should go to jail, and that's my next step. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!

Scam. False Advertising.
Yoga-Go (4homefitness) Advertises a completely different product than what you get. And what you actually get is horrible. Impossible to contact anyone about the service or cancellation. It automatically signs you up for auto renewal. COMPLETE SCAM.

After hours of correspondence, customer Service for Yoga-Go finally agreed to refund the subscription trial rate which will take several days to process.

This company sells apps online under Yoga-Go but charges under the name 4homefitness. Only after taking my money did I have access to the app download page to discover that it's designed only for iPhone and iPad, neither of which I have. I expected to use this on my mac. What type of company sells a service requiring an app that cannot be used on a common computer model but doesn't say so up front BEFORE CHARGING? Scammers, that's who. Any decent company would have stated those limitations upfront. Any decent company would refund the trial money charged when the customer cannot even download the app to sign in to use the program despite on account of their lack of transparency. Yoga-Go/4homefitness is deceptive at the least and outright fraudulent at the worst. Avoid them! I made the mistake of not doing a review check of the company first--it has horrible ratings! Don't be fooled like me.
