Cancel my account you guys have a really bad service

I am not able to receive calls from my business page because the 411 number I had and was using has been changed from the one that was working 979-205-**** to a different one and now when you click to call goes to a busy tone and not getting any business calls at all

They robbed my bank account after I told them I didn’t want the google services
I only wanted the website built they are charging me for other things and I cant contact anyone to get my refund. The charge was not expected I was just about to add cash to my account and seen that they robbed me.

Dishonest and unreliable company.
Company began billing us for services we did not agree to, fail to provide information and services as promised and appear to deliberately misconstrue conversations (I.e., claim we agreed to something we specifically did not agree too). They also make it very difficult to directly communicate with their customer reps. Terrible experience dealing with them.do dd

Rude behavior from operator
On Wednesday, July 28 around 2:00 p.m.. I dialed 411 for directory assistance. The computer could not understand the city, State ( xxxxxxxxxxxxx) and it went to an individual. However his speech/accent and phone issues made it hard to understand what he was saying, After 2 times of trying to understand him I said excuse me what? He then replied, "I asked you for what you were wanting" VERY rudely. I then replied "your a little rude arent you? to which he said "Mam your STUPID!!!! I would definitely not have him working on a phone with the public. It truly was an upsetting experience. All other times even if we cant understand each other, the operator has never been rude. I would definitely train individuals or dock their pay for such behavior.

Have not been resolved they've been dodging my phone calls I left a million messages and gave email's and no one even cares to return my call if I can ever get untangled with these people I'll never do it again

Lots of false promises no Real Results lots of phone calls to get more money but no leads no no no generated income just phone calls of them wanting money wanting money but not sending no customer not giving me anything but *** lies there big fax camp and I would warn anyone to never do business with them again

I signed up for 411 local advertisement and what happen if I was contacted by them. told to pay $25 to begin my membership and say keep an eye out for Google confirmation card and once it come Google confirmation call comes in I was supposed to call them back give them the then there were going to start sending leads my way. I think they are the one who’s been stealing our company sales calls...
Cant have one call in almost a year! How was it possible? And i see that there is a new business name just like us that just came out around the time I enrolled their program... however, i dont have a proof and still hating this company because they massed up our google place account and now that they dont even put it back even I requested, and requested to cancel the account since they never fixed it...(my company doesnt even show up in google map, that was shown for 9years. Requested to cancel in march and now in may, they are trying to get payment and saying that we have owed for the time that they didnt cancel our account. We called and texted, emailed for the cancellation. Be careful for this company. We get bunch of scam calls eversince we took their service. Regret so much and i am wanting to join any people sueing them.

Don't trust strangers with your bank info
The day after I paid 411 locals to start my website, I got an alert text message from my bank stating someone was trying to make online purchases and this company was the only one I gave my crefid card info.

Torak scam, they do not deliver! They miss spelled my company name wrong and still couldn't fix it after three month. This shows exactly how professional they are.

too angry to type it all . scam artists and 411 locals and google prepare for a lawsuit. useing my company name illegally against my authorization. locals charging me for a free service from google. i never get any calls from the site and they keep taking money from my account, theft of service and extortion someone is gonna be accountable for my loses

Run run they are a complete mess of as company!!!!
Complete trash of a company. They do mediocre work. They offered me call forwarding and when I cancelled them they kept it on so when customers called me it would go to their system and not my phone. It's my personal phone number !!!! That's stealing I cancelled my service with them they should have cancelled everything they are literally stealing customers from me !!!!!

This company called me and said for 40$ they would start an advertisement campaign for one month no additional charge and i could cancel at any time so the first month i received no calls from customers and told them i wanted to cancel they continued services and sent me a bill for 300.00 i never gave them permission to continue i am now going to speak to a lawyer and after reading reviews from others i am wondering about a class action lawsuit
