Scam scam company. Do not do business with them
This company scams people. Do not do business with them. My wife was told that we were going to get leads from them in the area. We got one lead the first 15 days which was a scam, no one responded. After we complained to the so-called rep we got 4 more leads which all were scammed, we canceled. We got robbed out of 200 dollars.

This company is involved in spam calling, which as a business owner, drives me crazy everyday!!!!! everyday i get about 5-10 calls from spam caller masking their numbers as if they were local clients IT HAS TO STOP!!!!

Horrible Marketing Company
I got a call from Kari a couple months ago; she told me she had SO MANY people needing HVAC work in our area. She said the average company lands 6 leads/month. I signed up about a month and a half later. To date, 22 days later, I haven't even had 1 single phone call from anyone. This company took my $175 start up fee and did absolutely NOTHING for my business. They are by far worse than any company I've ever dealt with.

Rude and Abrasive
Just got a call from a woman named "Amy". She leaves a message that she has a need for residential work, and to please call her. I called and she rambles that she works for 4 star and for a mere $70 enrollment fee and $105. a month, we would get unlimited leads from them. I asked her why she did not indentify herself as a Rep from a Sales and Marketing Company and she said to me, "It'd early in the morning, GET OVER IT."!

they text that they have job that needs to be done asap Then respond only to sell you on their so called service which you only can access after enrolling They don't have any leads and want you to pay the 105.00 monthly fee just to be a 4 star contractor Talk to you forever on the phone and keep calling after to bother you even after u block the number it keeps calling they will not leave you alone All the same Home advisor 4 star Networx they only want your money and deliver nothing every day a new scam to send fake leads who came up this this scam anyway

I received a text saying someone needed roof work done, I asked who was I speaking to? And they responded “no one at the moment but if you call you will be speaking to Bud Thompson! So I called ... a representative named mike answers .. unconcerned with my questions .. I told him why I was calling and was told I would be speaking to a bud thompson. He proceeded sarcastic and said “ well I’m not going to go back and forth with you , I said my name is mike!” So I said ok mike is this a company? He responded yes , 4 star .. I said so who is Bud? He got mad and hung up! If this is a real company whoever mike is needs to be terminated! Now all the contractors I’m in touch with will know not to engage with 4star! Smh

Big scam
They texted as a customer and then when I responded they tried to sell me on their lead service. They seemed nice, if a bit pushy. I finally gave in. They told me that I would not receive leads until I filled out a profile on their website and that most customers never do and that is why they have bad reviews. So I make sure to try and do that. I start my account, no problem. Then try to log in and create a profile. Bad password it says. Hmm. Reset it, same thing again. Let's try to call customer support, this should be an easy fix. The number is disconnected. There are plenty of marketers who at least try to sell something real. I guess these guys think it is cheaper to just take the cash on run.
