Horrible customer service
i have been trying to reach them and no response. bracelet is too large. sent my complaint within a day of receiving. no response to date. shame shame shame.

Not As Advertised
Just received the raw gemstone Mother's ring in sterling silver. The raw gemstones are nothing more than colored plastic. In the clear plastic stone you can actually see the copper colored (not sterling) band through the (not) stone. The setting was simply dipped in silver colored paint as I was able to chip it off to reveal the plastic "stones" in a white plastic setting. The band itself was nothing more than a copper colored metal. Needless to say, I dismantled this gum ball machine ring and definitely got what I paid for. If you are buying a nice toy ring for your child, I highly recommend. If you would you like a high quality, real raw gemstone, sterling silver keepsake, I suggest you choose a quality jeweler and be willing to pay a lot more.

Ring doesn't look as shown
The ring doesn't look like the picture. The stones look horrible and barely show. I don't see the return address. It says not to return the ring to the address shown on the package. I emailed customer service. I received no response. I want a return address to send back my ring and to get my money back.

I can’t get anybody on the phone to talk to them. I’m trying to get a hold of them and that’s who I thought I was emailing this is ridiculous. I’ve never done with this company again.
Never received my merchandise charge me $70 cant get in touch with anybody. Never never deal with them again would not recommend him whatsoever.

Awful fake jewelry
They sent the wrong ring twice and it took 2 months. I ordered ruby and emerald. These are not 925 sterling silver like they claim. Turned a copper color in 3 days. Very disappointed

Ordered two bracelets never received them tracking number says it was delivered but no street address was provided on where they delivered it to only my city and state no ones returning phone calls emails or anything

Took 40 days for delivery and never answered my emails or customer support questions.
Never head from the company and their phone number is discontinued also the building address is for sale. Did receive item 40 days after ordering, no excuse for the delay. Won't buy from them again. Don't buy from them

Wrong birth stone in ring

I have emailed 4 times. The tracking number that is on the email is not a valid UPS tracking number, so I have no idea if it has even been sent or not.

Ring is not right
I received the stone ring I ordered a few weeks ago and it not right. The stones are. It correct. I realized that stones are going to different but two of them is supposed to be a light blue and they look almost black or dark purple. And it looks like the silver has almost coved most of the stone. I would like to return the ring please. Not happy with it at all. Linda Miller

Wrong name on ring
I ordered a personalized memory ring and the wrong name is on it. I've tried calling and emailing and get no response. It took over 6 weeks to receive my order and now I'm stuck with rings that are useless to me. It was a gift to a friend who lost her son, I am so upset with this company!!
