32bj organizers and delegates

I am writing this post and this review to let other 32bj workers know that they are following the wrong Union this Union is no good couple of months back I had a situation in my company where my union delegate sold itself out for money to the office he did not even look into my case his name is Aneury Rodriguez .so this you delegate on you site prepared your self to be sold out by this delegate or organizer 32bj no good no-good

POA /reinstate mothers deceased spouse penison

I've reinstate my mother's pension last year. And now the broad of trusted haven't repay her retro back money yet!..... It's been over 90 days and haven't done nothing. She's now resigned in a nursing home in Maryland. This calls for me to get a lawyer!!!! They must thought she was deceased!!!......

Bad workers

The building (1771 Monroe ave Bronx ny) with a member of your union. Mr.Raphel Galva, is the Maintenance person who works here part- time, when this building is gear to have a person in the building 8hrs day. He works at another location- Mon, Wed, Fri.and throws out the garbage on The and Fri. The Porter who once worked 8hrs day, since Mr Galva arrived she now works part-time. Plus she's off the radar..means no one knows her name nor does she speak English. What happened to bi- lingual, she doesn't sweep floors and Mops with a stinky mop. Mr. Galva even had his mother clean the building with the porter. Last but not lease. Is there a rule that married couples CANNOT work in the same work place? Please look into these concerns. Thank you.

Stolen money

IT IS A SAD DAY, when you can't even trust the people you vote or pay to protect you. Doctors, Lawyers, Governments, and Unions. I have opted out of any benefits from this Union every year, due to my full coverage under my wife's job. And again, they've forced this on me for a 2nd time costing me over $9000. out of my pocket for medical I never used or asked for. This is some kind of scam. They can't be this inept at recognizing a simple request saying NO BENEFITS!

Front desk

This is our union center should be an example of excellent customer service, these persons don’t even greet us. My husband and me went just near them to call their attention and they are like hiding in there. And this person wearing glasses was rude. Maybe they need to be trained. We need to be better in NYC. This happened at 25 w 18 st Ny.

Just hire Robots instead of real people

If I can give negative zero stars I would. MSR's have no empathy, very disconnected and robotic. Asked to speak with supervisor, msr tried to de-escalate the situation by basically saying there's nothing else they can do.

Coming from a family of 32 bj employees my father worked 37 years for 32 BJ at the superintend my husband worked for 12 years as a porter I am ashamed of this union how they have turned it back on union members in our for management my husband was employed by Lefrak city phone was 12 years double hip replacement working there I was made fun of disrespecting discriminating harassed by management in lefrack city in queens ny The union during their back on him would not fight for his job and will not take it to arbitration they are strictly for management and the union workers Lefrak discriminates against people with disabilities and does not obey the FMLA rules Management at Lefrak city is allowed to discriminate harass make fun of employees and nothing will be done by 32 BJ at all

Complaint against staff and teacher

Saturday 04/27/19 I arrived to OSHA training class and I was early enough to use the bathroom before class but when I first got there no one knew where the class was including the front desk security guard. I asked after I returned if I could sign in first to get a copy for Allied Universal so I can be paid for training as that is what they require for payment. The teacher acted as if she didn’t know what I was speaking about. Then after that I was told to move closer to the group from where I felt comfortable. The classroom had about 7 students including myself. I needed that space and I felt comfortable where I was to see the board for class. When I went to complain at the the office Andrea Gleason told me I should be able to sit where I want but then changed his mind in the class room. The teacher then kept going on and on trying to make jokes about my asking to stay where I was as if to provoke me. I then had to introduce myself to the class as I sat there where I was forced to sit there upset about what did transpire so far. Then the teacher asked me to leave the classroom but I refused because I already signed in and had a book and a test Then the teacher left the room to get staff to throw me out of the room. Andrea who was very unprofessional came to the room to escort me out. As I went to the office to complain and to find out the reason he then proceeded to provoke me more and couldn’t really give me a real reason to be thrown from the class room. I cane to that class to get my OSHA 10 certification and I still don’t know or understand what went wrong in the class. She stayed I interrupted the class but she still had time to laugh and joke with mike who handed out books. They were discussing the ride home. Then in her introduction she couldn’t seem to keep up with where she was in her speech. The did leave the class but I feel I deserve to know why and how this transpired?

I was on medical leave with Neuro cancer and SEIU not only took at least 560$ in dues but raised my dues from 55$$monthly to 83$, how can I get my money back. I have been waiting over 90 days.

Yes I gave the payroll information to the top union rep. at Johns Hopkins hospital 90 days ago.

Terrible union

Worked for 29 Years in the same building and I'm a witness to all the crooks that have passed thru this union, when a had a problem I solved it myself, finally I a big problem and they said it would take 6 plus months to resolve to go collect unemployment. The delegate was nowhere to be found {John Grier} and all I got was the run around, little I knew this union has sold to the management and I took a settlement with the building with out the union help, the delegate makes $86,000 a year just to help get people fire or no help at all, terrible union!!!, should get rid of this union and have hard, honest people decide their future by themselves.

The Union branch in Philadelphia is a joke

I am working as a security guard in Philadelphia. I have asked for help a couple of times people who are union representatives, regarding my health insurance and benefits. Not only were the union representatives incompetent answering questions about my matter, but they were also inviting me, using intimidating manners, to leave the office, which made me feel as if I were intruder. One union representative asked me to call New York myself to find out about my problem, another had no idea when am I entitled to receive my benefits and so on.....but it was not even the lack of knowledge, it was the attitude these people gave you that was bothering. I firmly believe that rather than helping his own members, this particular union branch is impeding them from having a successful future.

Terrible customer service

I need to cancel the union dues ASAP Every time i call within the normal business hrs, no one answers! I'm sick of the voicemails!!
