Very Rude 24/7 Representative

The customer rep that answers emails needs to go ! Very rude and sarcastic. If this individual doesn't like his job he should move on. I called to speak to someone in management and women would not transfer me, and I was told to take my business elsewhere and hung up on ! Must have been my reference to rep. Well, truth be told about them, and it must have been his mother that answered ! I have heard from other workers at this company about this individual, so it's time that you open your eyes and gets a friendly staff representative.

Bad customer service and poor item descriptions.

I purchased a fuel line for a jet ski. The website said ships within 2-3 days. After several calls and 3 weeks I tried to cancel my order. They would not cancel It. Customer service made it sound like I was at fault. Im surprised these people are still in business.

Poor nasty customer service, no product shipped.

They didn't have my part I ordered in stock and when I asked about it they berated me. Avoid these awful people at all cost.

No Reason To Order From Here Again - There Are Better Options

Similar to the other reviews. Website was nice enough, but the shipping seemed slow to me versus the time it would have taken to get the parts through a different supplier. This was a small trial order for a small business startup. Out of the four suppliers, this is the only one that failed. When I brought that up 6 days after ordering, I was told: "try some other places that sell Polaris OEM parts, give them a trial order please :). Then you can really decide" Read the attached email snip from Customer Service and decide for yourself.

Terrible customer service

I ordered some parts. The shipping date on the website stated that it would ship the following Thursday. Two weeks later I called to check on order. They said it didn't ship because they were waiting on parts and said they would ship what they had. When parts did arrive weeks later, I already purchased them from a local reputable vendor. when I attempted to return the items, they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee and wanted me to pay to ship them back. My email correspondence from them was very threatening. They used sentences like "you WILL pay the restocking fee" These people are horrible people to deal with.

Horrible customer service

I wish I checked the reviews before placing an order with this company. I placed my order on May 22nd and haven't heard back until May 27th (for 5 days). On May 27th, I received a shipping confirmation via USPS. However the tracking number was showing as "pre-shipment" without any activity, meaning the label was created but not shipped yet. I sent them an email asking when the part would actually ship in a very kind and formal way. I am a business owner as well, and I would certainly expect the same professionality from people. Anyhow, the response I got from their customer support shocked me! Incredibly rude and extremely unprofessional... I responded back saying they lost me as a customer with this attitude, but the response to that was even more surprising, saying "they didn't care".... Looking at the reviews on Google and Yelp clearly shows me I should have checked the reviews even before placing an order with them. I rarely write reviews, but this company and their customer support certainly deserve a 1-star review.

Restocking Fee / Slow Shipping

I ordered an OEM part from this company (now called Adept Powersports). From the website I was under the impression that the part was in stock. When the confirmation email came and I checked the "estimated" ship date it was longer than expected so I emailed customer service. I got a reply back the next day that said my package should ship within 1 to 2 days. I checked the website again the next day and the estimated ship date was now 4 days later than the previous shipping estimate. I called customer service and was informed that the part was not in stock and was on it's way from the manufacturer but they could not tell me when they would get it or when it would be shipped. I requested the order be cancelled and was told "Since it has shipped from the manufacturer, I would be charged a 20% restocking fee". I cancelled the order anyway and ordered from another supplier. It is scheduled to be at my door in two days. I would advise everyone to find another supplier for there ATV/UTV/Motorcycle parts.

I would highly recommended not to spend a dime with these people highly immature unprofessional pepole is putting it lightly,

Placed an order said all kinds of availability on the item that was ordered, they tried saying they didn't have the part that I ordered after takeing my money out of my account, go back on to track my order and says I won't be shipped out for 7 days due to them not having the part at all.

Another greedy company designed to take your money!

Bought a speedometer $300! Not cheap! This web site has a parts assistance program that helps select the correct part. It makes mistakes! Bought one... it didn’t fit! No pics just *** diagram that can make difficult to “I’d” the part 100%. No problem, they Bragg about a100% satisfaction guarantee. I called customer service and they blew me off almost immediately, saying “we don’t give refunds on electrical parts, it’s industry standard” Hugh!? getting irritated, I asked for the supervisor a day later. She called. Jenny, the supervisor, was rude and dismissive from the start. I was busy at the time so I asked if I could call back, she said: “sure but if you want a refund or exchange you can forget it! I asked her full name she refused! I asked who her supervisor was she refused! Then hung up on me! An honest business doesn’t hide behind “fine print” this company does. Nor, do they not warn you if there’s no Return/exchange on an item. This part was “new and used “ as the return pre-requisite Asks. There’s nothing clear in the “fine” print that the part in question, does not qualify! Nothing! In less you just don’t want to deal with customers!

100%satisfaction my A@@!

Bunch of liars! Bought a speedometer from the half-ass diagrams then the computer picks the wrong part! Thought 100% satisfaction right? Nope! Wrong one! They call it electrical and won’t exchange or refund me. Even though the is new and completely unused! Like return policy states are the requirements for the return policy!

Horrible CO

How about this nice response....Our website clearly showed availability of each item and when it will ship BEFORE you placed the order. It is the same anywhere you order Honda OEM parts because they all come from the same place. Please shop elsewhere next time, we don't like *** customers - win win.

Took my money and cancelled my order with no explanation

I ordered over $200 in parts and never got a tracking number with in 4 business days. I called and get put to a voicemail and leave my number to call back and no answer. I emailed and they give me so crap about calling my credit card company to verify my shipping address then next thing I know I log in and my order is cancelled wit no reason why. So I email for a supervisor contact and I get a smart *** email back saying I’ll never get a supervisors number and my future emails will no longer be answered. Still have not received a refund!

Cheap part broke while installing it

When I opened the part it looked a little weird but is seemed to match so I decided to install it. While I was screwing it, it broke, that’s when I realize it was made from aluminum. I wrote an email, and you can see their reply on the pictures.

Worse customer service! Never buy from these people!!

Ok, lets all calm down. So as you said the bearing shop broke the bearings while pressing them in - we are not sure why that makes you believe the bearings were "defective" - surely the shop would love you to believe that, but we can assure you, this is not the case. In all the years we have been selling bearings we have never seen a "defective" bearing - "defective" being when someone breaks them pressing them in. You need to have your shop pay for the items they broke. We understand you are upset, but that doesn't justify you calling our customer service "poor" - we did not break your bearings, we cannot control your shop, we do not know what they did with them. Finally, you ordered a lot of bearings, it would be helpful if you at least let us know which bearing your shop claims was "defective". The simpler (and probably true) explanation is your shop made a mistake and broke a bearing which happens sometimes pressing them in wrong.
