Because I didn’t get my victor endgame after I pulled it it said error’s

Because i pulled and victory webanbaby and after it said error and then i logged back in and i didnt get it also this happend to me before and I brushed it off but I have proof I pulled this card I have a pic because I took one cause it one of the good cards

2k customer service ignore my messages

Good afternoon I have sent 2k support several emails of which they ignore. Its been 5 days since this problem started and still I havent gotten any help. This by the way is an easy fix . I know that because I had this problem before and they fixed it within 24 hours the first day . I have spent over 500 dollars in this game and am a loyal paying customer . So the question is why am I being ignored ? This led me to get a refund equaling 100 dollars worth since you guys dont want my money . Please help and hire people that actually do their job . Have an issue with my game

Been having an issue with my game for 5 days now and all 2k does is ignore my messages . Still waiting for them to fix my game . They need actual workers not people that sit and do nothing and get paid . This is the second time I had this issue but the first time it was fixed within 24 hours . Now its been 5 days .

Your 2k support in NBA superCard is lying & incompetent contact me or Im filing a lawsuit

I accidentally bought a pack that was 5000 credits & reported it 3 times b4 I was contacted & I described what happens multiple times so when the support guy contacted me I told him what happened multiple times & even sent screenshots & everything to back it up so when he contacts me he brings up an old claim I made about 650 credits 6 months ago that was already settled, so he contacts me again saying he can refund 650 credits I have all the emails & proof I don't know if the ticket now he is accusing me of using profanity because I said he's on drug because I never said anything about 650 credits & that he is talking about an old ticket that I literally have the email about & I asked to talk to a supervisor or manager, but he never put me through & said he's closing out the ticket look I buy my credits $100 pack @ a time & there is nothing in the store for 650 credits & hasn't been in about 6 months you guys need to look into this because I'm going to get legal representatives involved I'm not about to be played with or lied to when I spent thousands in this game look he even acknowledged it was 5000 credits then jumped to 650 I want my credits, or I'm refunding my $320 I spent in the timeframe I can get a Google refund
