Above and Beyond Customer Service
This company went the extra mile for me when UPS would not help. Ordered on a Thursday for guaranteed Monday delivery. Received tracking information and UPS site said it would arrive on Monday. By Tuesday, when nothing showed up, the status changed to "preparing for delivery" and nothing more. Less than 24 hours after filing an investigation with UPS, I received a call from 24 Hour Wristbands saying they wanted to make it right. I was heading out of town, so had to get creative in finding where they could ship the order. They said I would have by Saturday (this was Thursday morning) which was perfect. Friday, the package arrived, and I was thrilled that it came in time for the event we were attending. The best part? 24 Hour Wristbands did the reorder AT COST - including the expedited shipping. Will use again.

BEWARE DELIVERY ISSUE
BEWARE! I paid a lot of money to have "Guaranteed Delivery" by a certain date. The date came and no product was received. The shipment required me to be home all day to sign for the delivery which they never told me about. There is nothing in my order that states that a signature would be required. I had to go pick up the package. This made my package received not as promised. They were late and they refuse to refund my money for the rushed shipping. Terrible customer service! I may take them to small claims court.

Misleading delivery time
When I placed the order, was given an estimated delivery date, which is 5 days before my event. Not, it's passed the event day and I still have not received delivery date information. I have contacted the company and would receive different responses; via text, I was told it's in the last stage of production and will receive a text soon about my delivery. When I call, I was told it was with the shipper. Very bad experience with this company.

GOOD PRODUCT
I custom designed shirts to support my husband, who is terminally Ill. The website was easy to use, there was no delay in shipping, the product turned out wonderful. Looked exactly how I pictured it would look and the quality of the shirts and print are very good. I would like to say that I would only use this website for bulk orders. With bulk orders, they do have coupon or promotional codes that significantly drop the total price. I ordered the same product but with just a few items ordered and the price was too high, in my opinion. The cost is not my favorite part about the experience. I also had a few shirts that had strings hanging from the fabric. It was not a big deal over all because I was able to cut it and it didn't fray. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and the products I received.

The shirts I custom designed turned out wonderful. I think the price is a bit high but the shirts came out wonderful and the quality was great. I did have a few shirts with strings dangling from the fabric that I had to cut. But overall, satisfied.

Horrible customer service and misleading delivery quotes and fees
I paid .05 extra cents per bracelet to have them delivered by an estimated date, out of a choice Of about 10 different amounts per bracelet and 10 different delivery datesnowhere does it sayyour bracelets will actually come 2 weeks after this date! These bracelets were awards for a school event, and they came AFTER school has ended! They are basically useless! We have two grades NOT returning, so if I want to mail just those two grades their bracelets, it will cost me over $75. If I want to mail ALL the bracelets, it will cost me $200this amount is NOT in my teacher budget. So now, I will paying this out of my pocket, which is literally food out of my daughters mouth-Im a single mom and live paycheck to paycheck. So these bracelets are basically useless and none of my kids got their Field Day reward. I will NEVER use this company again and make sure no one in my district uses this company either! Thus is my 6th year ordering bracelets and J chose your company because of the VERY misleading delivery dateyour product is inferior and the inside message is inferior. I am completely unsatisfied and again, will never use this company again!

It was mediocre.
I ordered lip balm. Was hoping the labels weren't just paper since the processing was so expensive, but alas...paper. They're not going to hold up very well.

Quick-Easy-Lots of Variety
I loved the fact that I could order multiple colors and sizes with the same tagline. I didn't have to jump through hoops to get the product that I wanted. These wristbands arrived exactly when they said they would, and they are absolutely PERFECT! Thank you guys so much for making this process easy and quick!

Very disappointing.....
I had a very simple order - one of their most popular lanyards in royal blue, with standard white text and no art - and I needed it quickly. So I paid extra for rush delivery, and even more for the lanyards to be produced in the USA, where (supposedly) production is far quicker. I was then told that there were going to be delays with my order, and it then took an ETERNITY to get it. In the meantime, I had to go round-and-round with Customer Service to get credit for the money I spent on rush shipping (but they wouldn't credit me for the USA production). In addition, because it took SO LONG to actually get the lanyards, I had to buy plain lanyards just to get us through. When I finally received the package, it was smashed to heck on all sides. The whole experience was utterly frustrating and ridiculous from beginning to end. Absolutely

Product arrived late and the adult bands are too small for most men
1. The communication back and forth about the issues with my order took too long. You changed things that didn't need to be changed and caused further delay. 2. I paid extra to have the product arrive by a certain day but it arrived a day late so we have a lot of wrist bands laying around now. I would like a refund on my rush delivery. 3. you changed my band size to 1" which is too wide in my opinion. 4. The adult size band is difficult for a lot of men to put on because it's too small. the size difference between youth and adult was very minimal.

I was amazed at the great prices and variety. I wasn't impressed with how I couldn't create an account and save my designs before making a purchase. I did find the "share" link though and used this. It just wouldn't save all the additional settings, like hook and closure. I also wasn't impressed with how I was called with an "issue with your artwork" when the issue was the address couldn't be a PO Box. This should have been noted on the order form. This unnecessarily delayed my order. Further, despite resolving this with the first call, I was called again the next day with the same issue, which further delayed my order. Finally, the design area length suggested to me that I was designing one whole side of my lanyard, not a design that would be repeated on the length. And while the artwork was shrunk to be duplicated, the gaps between the artwork were not. Essentially, I did not get what I designed. I received extra lanyards, which is nice, but doesn't undo the design flaw.

Last minute order turned out great!
I ordered customized shot glasses for a 30th birthday ball as party favors. I ordered them the week of the party, so I was worried. They were exactly what I wanted and came quicker than expected! Will definitely order from them again!

Very Poor Quality and Late Turnaround
These wristbands are not what I ordered. I ordered 100 debossed wristbands. They were supposed to have white in them in order to bring out the words. The words are not visible unless you look up close, and the lettering is extremely small. The inside of the wristband is extremely faint and might as well not be present. Looking at them, they look like plain, green wristbands with nothing on them, and this is not what my proof looked like when I approved them. To add insult to injury, all of the wristbands have been made into keychains. Not only am I disgusted by the product I received, I am even more upset that it took 3 weeks after my delivery date for them to arrive to me, especially when I received several emails telling me that I should have already received them. I am extremely dissatisfied.
