Complaining

Jim is very dirty Jacuzzi doesnt work. Sana doesnt work or the steam doesnt work. One of them does not work for three weeks. Mirrors are too close to the shower. People are taking pictures of other people naked you guys will get a lawsuit. You complain that Im doing nothing.

Billing issue

I joined 24hr fitness with my wife, I always go but my wife never goes. They called me and said they need to update my account with a new credit card, no problem. I went in and gave them a new credit card, but they didn't update my wife and made me the primary on the account. So my wife decided to start losing some weight, when she went to 24 hour fitness they said that you haven't been in so your account hasn't been updated, wait I gave them an update credit card. They wouldn't accept their mistake and want her to join again at a much higher per month fee. So they made a mistake and we have pay for there mistake because they want more money. I feel like canceling my membership but its so low that I don't want to. Corporate said they can do nothing about it.

EMPLOYEE DENIED LOCAL RESIDENT 3-DAY TRIAL

Dearest Ladies and Gentlemen: On July 13, 2023 at 12:55 pm. I walked into the 24 HOUR FITNESS establishment at: 15301 Ventura Blvd; Sherman Oaks, CA 91403 I presented 24 HOUR FITNESS EMPLOYEE SEAN MCFARLAND my CA ID Catd. Cause I was interested in obtaining a 3-day trial pass. At this time the above named employee--REFUSED me a 3-day trial pass. Named empolyee was caught up in a conversation-- bragging and boasting about an an upcoming FLIGHT ATTENDANTS POSITION. My request is to have this matter and it's ramifications investigated. Tried to add my wife and no buddy program.

Usually 24 Hours Fitness has a program that allows to add family members. I attempted to add my wife but was told that you no longer offer that program. Why?

Rude management

Rude Management and there staff at the 24 hours in Chino ca dont come to this one they are nothing but disrespectful and smart mouth staff. There is no corporate office to complaint too aswell so the staff gets away with it.

Recurring charge after cancellation

I still keep getting charged even after the manager on site canceled my account and no refund was issued even though I still went the same day it was charged. Not to mention that same manager was the one that told me to come back in may that it wouldnt charge automatically and it sure did. Im completely upset you guys have automated machines that dont address or have a solution for this matter. The manager also told me I was going to get a refund of the entire year because it is a yearly payment. I havent been to 24 hour fitness in forever because its super unsanitary and the odor levels are disgusting.

Because the club is filthy and floor has not been mopped in months

I emailed the corporate website because there is no phone number to reach a human being. They just forwarded the message to the club manager, who has no power or control to hire proper cleaning companies to ensure the safety of the club's overall sanitation. Another issue is the fact that this particular location has manipulated the rules on the age limit of the member. For instance, on the club website it states that membership age is 18 and above and the number of members at this club now that are from 12 to 16 have to be from 50 to.100 because the. parents have signed some type of liability form that ensures the club will not be sued if anything happens to their child. This jeopardizes the safety of the young people and the long term members who are of age because the kids are violating safety practices such as racking the weights in the wrong places and using the equipment improperly along with overcrowding the gym at particular times such as 2 to.6pm and working out with large groups of over four people. They also camp out on equipment while using their phones to photograph themselves for social media purposes, and this is clearly against the rules. The rules are never enforced by management, so it leaves the majority of members frustrated with no way to contact higher ups in the corporate office. Your emails are just sent back to the manager at the specific club which leaves the customer running in circles like a hamster in a cage..

Really inappropriate trainer

I dont know if she still works here but her name is Molly Smith and she was a personal trainer at the San Clemente location and apparently no longer works there but is at a different location but the way she conducts herself on and off work has been completely inappropriate, especially when it comes down to people that are in the working out in Training community and overall just completely rude and inappropriate among other complaints. Showers tend to be gross. Customer service was horrible. I tried to make a complaint on this before and nothing came about it on top of those. Ive had with payment bathrooms are always dirty and nasty and Ive been hung up on by customer service

Gym closures

Like to know if your company has any intentions of opening new gyms in Murrieta or Temecula area? since they were both closed youve left a big gap in between us. like to know if theres any plans of re-opening new gyms in this area?

Customer complaint

I froze my account for two months because the sauna was broke for almost 2 months. I tried to reactivate my account they told me I have to pay at $18 fee and I was wondering if you guys can waive it because I haven't been there in the manager was being completely rude to me over the phone and I think it's unfair and I want justice.

Complaint

Steam room has been down multiple weeks. I went there today, and the only sign there was that the pool was down. After working out I found that not only was the pool down, but the steam room was still broken, the sauna was off and there was no hot water. Last Monday there was no hot water - that was the last time I was there at the Murphy Texas gym, so has the water been off for the entire week?

Complaint about Murphy TX site

Steam room has been down for multiple weeks now. I went into the club today and was met with a sign at the front desk that the pool was closed. After working out I found out that the steam room is still down for the same reason - needs a new steam generator, and the Sauna is off, AND there is NO HOT WATER! Last Monday there was no hot water and I told them about it then... Today only one sign that said pool closed. It's a simple matter to put up a sign that says that the entire wet area is inoperable, but they don't see it that way. I would have quickly gotten back in my car and gone to a different club. Dishonest in my opinion.

Manhattan Beach 24 hour

Members have been standing out here at 24 hour fitness since 6 am and it is still closed. Why are we still paying 24 hour memberships and its not 24 hours and its not open? I want to be reimbursed for not opening today and for opening at 6am
