24/7 quick pick locksmith failed to pick lock!

http://quicklocksmith247.com/locksmith/medina-oh?gclid=Cj0KEQjwv467BRCbkMvs5O3kioUBEiQAGDZHL4Wg8_RjQf1b4ygQaWpIxUcO8W5jz5DHhwKvfvnXeNwaAve-8P8HAQ 24/7 Quick Pick Locksmith Services Scheduled to arrive in 15 minutes or less - 75 minutes later arrival Arrives with no identifying information, no sign on car, no card - no name estimated cost $50 - voice on phone said sometimes runs more, but an internal office door lock is unlikely to run more - locksmith states very complicated lock to open without breaking. Will cost $129. Then he can't open the lock so he uses a bladder to pop the door open. The charge was still $129 plus the service call charge of $15. $144 total. I called the company to complain and got no satisfaction - not even an apology for the tardy arrival. Steer clear of this company! They are not fast, not honest, and certainly not professional.

False advertisement and felt ripped off even after a cash discount

My keys were in my clothes when it was stolen from the the locker at the gym at 24 hr Fitness on N. Capitol, San Jose. So I had to get my door locks changed for a peace of mind. The door locks were in good condition, and I saw this re-key option that only cost $19 bucks online, and verified when called, so I thought I got a deal so easily by googling it, as it was the first ad I saw on the webpage. Well, when the technician arrived, he just unscrewed my door locks without first telling me the actually cost but said it's the same cost to change a lock as well as the rekeying service anyway. So I thought, oh wow, 19 bucks for a new lock? What a deal! Then while he's putting in the new locks and the dead bolt which came out in the whole set, he asked me to pull up a website on my cell phone called boldlocksupply.com, which shows the cheapest locks being $280. My goodness, these locks are just really simple ordinary ones, that probably would only cost no more than 50 bucks at Homedepot, that must be a fake website too, because it only carried no more than 10 products to choose from on the page, and as I said $280 was the cheapest one? Crazy, I could get some PIN code electronic locks with that price. So I just realized that this is a scam, I immediately said I can't afford this, I thought the rekeying of one door lock and the deadbolt for 19 each, plus the 15 service call, and maybe a labor fee of 50 (as it took him less than 10 minutes), my budget was around 100. Don't you have any cheaper locks? He said that's the lowest price they carry as you can see on the website, he then offered me a today only special for 250. I said no, I can't afford, what you gonna do now with my door locks already taken off now? He said, ok, let's do this, if I pay cash, he gives me a 10% further discount for 225. Still, I really can't pay that much, I said the most I can come up is 200. Then he quickly agreed that, ok, I saw your mom there, if the headquarter calls to verify the job satisfatory survey, just say you have a senior here, so $199 is your new senior price. Anyway, without my consent, he has already taken off the old locks, and finished the job even before we reach the 199 done deal (which I still think it's a rip off at this price). I'm writing to inform shoppers for locksmith keeping away from this company, because it's so visible that it popped up first on the AD when Google. And even if you called and they showed up, do not allow them to touch, or even "let me unscrew it to check what kind of lock do you have", before reaching an agreement on the product and total cost. Otherwise, you'd be stuck like me, when the lock is taken off and I can't even put it back myself if sending him away. Estimate is not an enough price quote over the phone, this company is a total scam: 24/7 QUICK PICK LOCKSMITH SERVICES,  (888) 300-****. Be aware!

Quick Pick Locksmith Automotive Service Review from Helotes, Texas

Quick Pick 24/7 Locksmiths is nothing less than a great big scam! I locked my keys in my car, saw their ad on the internet quoting a 35 car unlock fee and a 15 dollar service fee. well when the technician finally got there he quoted me a $19 service fee. When I showed him the website he lowered it back down to 15. Then he charged me an extra 35 because he had to use a second bag to wedge the door open. Then, because they wont take a check, he charged me an extra 15 to follow me not even 3 miles to my bank. So all in all, a 50 dollar job was going to cost me 100. So when I called the company and told them about the extra fees they forwarded me to a supervisor, and the supervisor informed me that they would talk to the technician and work it out. They never did! So I called back and told the same story to a different supervisor who, again, told me they would talk to the tech and work it out. Once again, they never did. These people are scammers! Lets boycott this Quick Pick 24/7 Locksmith company so what happened to me, doesnt happen to any one else.

Should be called 24/7 Pick Pockets

I locked my keys in my car and called 24/7 Quick Pick after seeing their ad on internet. Their website quote is $19 for any service call and a car lockout charge starts at $35. They said they couldn't give me an exact quote until the technician got there. The technician calls and he gets there in 20 minutes which is good. He looks at the car and quotes $25 for the service call and $99 to unlock the car. I laughed and told him to forget it. He told me to call "customer service" and talk to them. I did, this person told me the service call was $20. Internet says $19, technician says $25, "customer service" says $20... Okay, I'm being scammed. I told them I would pay $60 total or forget it. They argued with me, wanted the service call money. I said "no way" since they didn't even know how much to charge. Rep continued to argue and said they would call the police if I didn't pay. I told her to go ahead, hung up, and called the tech and told him to leave. He asked me to come out and talk to him. Long story short, technician took $60 cash and opened the car. It took him 3 minutes so I can't imagine how quickly he'd have to open it for a person to get the $35 minimum charge. I don't know if he pocketed the cash or gave it to the company and quite honestly I don't care. I can't imagine how hard up for a job you would have to be to work for scammers and spend your day fending off angry customers. My insurance covers lockouts and would have reimbursed me the $124 because it's a price many of the locksmiths charge, but 24/7 Quick Pick lies as a means to get business and they absolutely should not continue to get away with it.

24/7 Quick Pick Locksmith Services, Concord, NC

I locked my keys in my car, looked online and found this company. The dispatcher said it would be 30-45 min. I called at 4 pm. I had a funeral to go to at 6 pm and told the lady this. I called again at 5 pm. The lady that they had dispatched called and said it would be another 45 min. before she would get there. I was very upset and told the lady this. She said that she had just got the call to come out. At 6:45 she came. I called the office and she said that she would get the compliant to her supervisor. I just received a "courtesy call" They asked about the service. I told the man that I was "highly dissatisfied" He said "thank you and have a nice day". I asked don't you want to know why I'm upset??? He said no and hung up. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!
