Inaccurate DNA
I already know my family tree from my mom side and I have french on that side. My results came back with no french. We have a town in France that named after my family. We own that place since the 1400s. Secondly, I have Taino Puerto Rican on my mom side as well. It stated America Indigenous. America doesn't concern Puerto Rico Indigenous only Taino but Taino is never mentioned. I don't know my father side but I thought they would know either. I personally feel they base results on thec23 questions they asked and never do a DNA test.

My kit does not contain bag to seal sample in, for mailing.
Started spitting then noticed that my kit does not contain the plastic bags, to seal the sample in, for mailing. Bought under name of Mary Jane Gunlikson at 217 105th St E, I think. I have moved to 1001* ***th St E, and name is now Mary Jane Taylor. Please mail me a new kit, because I started spitting today, but cannot mail.

Delivery of parcel
After liaison and reassurance parcel arrived today I had alerts from a delivery company saying parcel couldnt be delivered and needed further payment after contact with 23and me this was confirmed to be a scam which was what I suspected. Appreciated the support I received I really cant provide anymore symbols as I have described my situation accurately

Wrong results
I am adopted. I was given a brief break down of my nationality when I was little. I just used 23and me and the results they shoes me are completely the opposite of what I was told and also opposite of my appearance. When I contacted 23and me instead of acknowledging my concern they blew me off and gave me some *** excuse that made absolutely no sense at all. I have a pretty common name so a mistake and switching of the wrong results is possible. Admit when you make a mistake and fix it. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
