IS YOUR WEBSITE DOWN ?!

I have tried three times to use your website to update my contact information, with codes sent! Every time it comes up, the screen goes dark when it reaches my info! I tried different browsers but no help, it's completely non clickable on everything!

Impossible to contact: phone or online

Trying to get online to view my policy now that I am paper free. Apparently I have the wrong PW, after it working for years. When I click on forget PW, they say they'll send me an email with a link. No email. Ever. I have been trying for two months. Calling 5 different numbers and spending an inordinate amount of time on hold. Hours, actually. I have not talked with anyone in two months trying internet and 5 phone numbers.I am at a loss...

Was transfer 4 times for towing service no one never came or called *** off about this *** . Can even get a hold of customer service department

Terrible Customer service

I have tried to reach them Multiple times for policy issues and I am On phone 2 hours on hold everytime and I give up or they hang up on me. Not reliable, poor customer service. We have had issues with their system and its hard to reach someone to get corrected

Customer Service department shut down

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my whole life. Impossible to remove a car and add a new one. Internet site does not work well at all. I've tried many times, on different days and hours with the same results. I've called Customer Service several days at different times just to wait for hours all together for no response AT ALL. The worst part is that it looks like they literally shut down that department without telling their policy holders that they do not have that any longer, at least that's how it looks. You can see many similar comments all over the internet.

Poor customer service

Have been trying to contact them for three weeks. Stayed on hold for an hour and a half one time because I had nothing else to do with my time (humor). Did not reach anyone and they have no posted email addresses to contact them. No chat option either. Get with the times 21st. You seem stuck in the 1980s. Hire more people and pay them enough that they want to stay with the company Mr CEO.

Attempted to call customer service to make a change to policy. After 3 days and a total of 12 hours on hold I am still not able to contact customer service.

DO NOT EVER INSURE YOUR CAR WITH 21ST!! You will never be able to get a hold of an agent. I am on my 3rd day of attempting to contact 21st Century via phone. It started with needing to make a minor change to my policy that you can only do via phone. First day: 2 hours on hold. By the time 6pm PST came around, their hold message suddenly changes and says "Sorry, we are now closed" and then hangs up on you. While I was on I got so frustrated that I got a quote from another more reputable insurer with double the coverage I had with 21st for $700 less. Problem is, I still need to get a hold of 21st to cancel my policy due to their unacceptable wait times. Of course, the only way to cancel is to call and speak to an agent. Second day: 4 hours on hold. I figured I'd start calling earlier to hopefully get in before they close. After 4 hours on hold (I just left my phone on all day with an airpod in one ear while at work) 6:10pm PST comes around, and they again say "Sorry we are now closed" and hang up. I called their claims department and within about 5 minutes I'm able to get someone on the line. He is rude, says the customer service is not closed, transfers me back to the line with the automated message that says they're closed. I call claims AGAIN, get another person who is SUPER HELPFUL. She reveals that their claims department is actually through Farmers and that they have had TONS of reports of customers not being able to get through to customer service at 21st. She emails her supervisor to let them know the issue and have someone contact me the next day. Well, surprise...no one contacted. I start looking online and find reports of people literally waiting on hold from 7am to 6pm and never getting through and they have the screenshots of wait times on their phone to prove it. So, here I am again on my day off I've currently been on hold for 2 hours and counting. I don't even believe at this point that there is a customer service line. Something extremely shady is going on with this company. It was a major red flag when they no longer offered an app. Their website is archaic and unusable, you can't email them, and the customer service line is non-existent. I have been insured by 21st since I was 16 and have spent DECADES paying into their insurance. Thank god I never actually needed to make a claim. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Every other reputable insurance company has an email address, chat support, and a functioning customer service line. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The roadside assistance comes with the policy but in a 1 mile radius they want you to pay so people please be careful with these dirty mutts

I wouldnt recommend 21 Century Auto Insurance to my ***** Their auto insurance is extremely expensive and I did find another company for way cheaper. I was paying 21 Century Auto Insurance $700 and something dollar for six months and I found someone else for six months for $400 and something dollars. And Im paying $5.00 a month for roadside assistance altogether which is still cheaper, so of course I had to get rid of 21 Century

To Whom This May Concern, Im writing you because, youre claiming that I owe you you guys $10.00, well Ive several times calling you with no luck at all and thats ridiculous of you people and is all the more reason Ive decided to change insurance company with you guys. I have had another insurance company before the insurance policy I had with you was expired. I had the other insurance company on 04/13/2023 and my insurance policy with you did expired on 05/06/2023. My policy number was 7014**** so I really dont owe you people anything

Resolved: Claim my policy was canceled when my payment is due on the 3rd of each month? Disappointed!

On the phone twice today with the longest wait being an hour and ten minutes and not a response! Online info said policy canceled when I am not due for payment until the 3rd each month. On 7/1 and 7/2 payment was not being processed by the system. Finally, got a payment done 7/3, but I do not know if policy is canceled. No contact through a pitiful and not so dependable website. What the heck has happened to 21st Insurance??? Between 20th Century and 21st, I have a customer for nearly 40 years. Guess I have to be looking for a new company.

OMG- Is this insurance Co. even in business anymore

I tried calling on 6/12/2023 - Help for 1 hour 15 min. before I got so pissed off, I hung up. Tried the website..It will NOT take your new password Tried website again on 6/24/2023 - finally got in, tried to change something, kicked me out and that was the last time I could get in. 6/26/2023- I've tried to reach them, along with their website it states that their system is down call back later and hangs up. WTF: I bought a new car, god forbid if I get into an accident, I will blow my lid if they don't cover my car. I need to cancel my ins. on my old car, can't do it. Have decided to go somewhere else, even if I have to pay more, it'll be worth it. This place is a JOKE!!

Remove a driver from policy

I have tried to contact 21st century for a few weeks now with no luck, waited on hold for up to an hour and no luck. I am a policy holder and this is unacceptable, All I want is to remove my daughter from this policy and I was unable to do it on the website. I am very very disappointed with your customer service and looking to move my serviced elsewhere should this not get resolved soon. Please have someone contact me ASAP...

Did Not Receive Our Declaration Policy And I.D. Cards

My family and I policy expired on June 1,2023 I received our new payment notice for June. But never received our declaration policy or ID cards. We paid our June premium and our check has posted. Since early May. My wife have been calling 21st Century everyday as early as 8:00 am. But each time wife and I call on our cell phones or landline. Were put on hold for over an hour. And representative cones on line. At this point weve given up with 21st Century. After 38 years, my wife and I will be canceling our insurance with 21st Century and getting new coverage with AAA. Since I cant get a hold of anyone at 21st Century. Ill just have to cancel my policy by not paying for July.
