Our 2/20 Victory Story
a few years back we got scammed into a bogus tax protest group that convinced us we did not have to pay federal taxes...oops!=WRONG! 20/20 not only bailed us out and saves us tens of thousands in tax penalties but also, even more importantly educated us on the law and why we are obliged, like it or not, to pay the "use tax" because we are using THEIR phony money ...not too many tax payers know that! Received a call from Michael Gipson asking for the business owner regarding a federal tax matter. I told him that our finance manager handles that and I took a message. He kept reiterating that it is a federal tax matter. Red flag!

Dont understand
Contacted by 20 20 tax resolutions about a tax lien. The lady at 877 210 **** ext 129 said she didnt have info in front of her but is certain i have a tax lien. She called me at a number that is not listed in my name. Sounds like a Scam since she only used a shortened version of my name and not full name

Harrassing Call
Received close to a dozed calls on personal lines, business lines and cell phones for good news on a tax matter. Problem is I don't have a tax problem and Josh Fletcher just keeps calling even though he was told this. He doesn't even know his phone number 877-210-**** x 134

Our company has received 5+ scam phone calls from this company. Josh Fletcher, who called last, refused to take us off his list. Very unprofessional, argumentative. I finally called 20/20 Tax's main line and the woman I spoke with apologized for his behavior and said she'd be happy to take us off their list. Josh Fletcher: 877-210-**** x 134

VERY pushy
Our business was contacted by them regarding "a tax matter that was just filed with the state" and they were attempting to resolve it. I called the state DOR, who said we were in compliance.... I called 20 20 Tax back to ask for no further contact, and the guy was very argumentative, insisting we had a lien on our business and they were trying to help us.... I let them know that if they contacted us again, I would be filing complaints with the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. ... I have the complaints bookmarked on the computer, and ready to go if they bother us again. ... The DOR reiterated that they will ALWAYS contact us via a formal letter to communicate, and they NEVER share our information. These guys are predators.

Yesterday and today "Josh Fletcher" called saying he needed to speak to business owner regarding tax issue but failed to provide a name of any short, even had the gender wrong for the owner. Full of BS told him to stop calling !!

I know the scam of these ***
Yup, they called my company twice. I knew the deal because they didn't get the owner's name right and just said they wanted our controller about a tax issue that's confidential. I said I'm new, I have no idea who or what you are talking about. So I took his info. He said he never dealt with our company. So he gives me a toll free number while his real number is on ID, 2020 tax. Give me a break, Josh Fletcher. 877-236-**** Ext 134. Googling numbers is great, I've been answering phones for years and know most bogus calls. Josh needs to find a new profession before it bites him whole. Just because I'm a gate keeper does not mean I'm stupid.

Company lies
Person tried calling our support line saying they were the state of NJ and needed to talk to our owner. They gave the wrong name of our owner and the wrong company address. Would not except the email address to reach our company owner and said he needed to talk to him on the phone. Person got upset when I said I wouldn't give him the owners phone number. Said he wanted to talk to a manager which I am and then said he wanted to talk to someone else. I said there was no one else. He then said he would call back in on Monday which I said he'd get the same replies then. He then cursed at me and hung-up the phone.

We hired 20/20 to help us out with our tax situation, 24 hours after they got our first payment, it’s been utter chaos. We’ve had 2 different teams working for us and 3 Vice Presidents who said maybe their company was not the right fit for us. They offered to cancel our contract and return our money. They believe they are owed money for the two weeks of “work” that they have done for us. They only made our situation worse. I would highly recommend being very leery of hiring this company to represent you with any tax matter.

I was contacted by 20/20 in regards to a tax issue, which they found in public records.
I was contacted by a Representative of 20/20 Tax Resolutions to help with a tax issue. They stated that they could help resolve my issues with the IRS. In which they stated how what a great success rate they have in reducing your current Tax situation. The only thing they did was lie and take $3,000 of my money. Fully knowing that was all they intended to do was take money and do nothing. To date, I still have not had it resolved and cannot get anyone to call me back. I feel they prey on people and makeup stories just to steal money.
