SCAM!
Stay away form 1800 accountants! They lied to us, filed return without MY permission, then stated "we are just doing our job, if you want amendment talk to our billing dep" ! After charging me nearly $4K for absolutely nothing. Massive scam. Reporting to IRS and seeking legal remedy against them.

NO REFUND POLICY - - NO SERVICE PROVIDED
I signed up; uploaded a few docs but never set the official start mtg. No docs touched, filed, accounted whatsoever by the co. Due to personal issues on my end (Covid, deaths, etc.) --wasn't a good time and I cancelled. Their policy is no refunds for any reason over 30 days-even when they did zero work..$1900+ USD; $1700 set up for future pull
