Hard to contact anyone, my calls not returned
I placed an order on 12-7-2010. According to their web site the item was in stock and should have been shipped in plenty of time to have arrived prior to Christmas. The order has not been delivered, I have called them several times - leaving detailed messages each time,and to date no one has returned my calls. I also have e-mailed them several times,, again with the same results- no return e-mails. I'm hopping that I'm not out the $50.00! If anything changes I'll be sure to post that as well. Today is 1-3-2011.
