Disappointed

Absolutely the worst choice to order from this place and couldnt be more disappointed, to start off off was delivered a day late which wouldnt have been a issue if the product itself was worth it. I ordered a large bear balloons and card for a valentine occasion but when it arrived the card had nothing to do with Valentines Day the bear itself was was the size of a 10 dollar one at Walgreens or Walmart.

Rip-off!!

I ordered balloons for my nieces graduation to be delivered to her house. I never got any notifications about where the balloons. I went to the website to look for an order status and of course there isnt one. I messaged them and heard nothing. I called my niece to see if they were there and they werent. About an hour later she calls me back and says they must have delivered them but never rang the bell. The balloons were sitting outside in the heat and got deflated. She brought them in and 5 days later theyre still not inflated!!! Sooo upset!! I left more messages for them and they havent returned one of them. Never again!!

Obviously bad business ethics -- recipient never got balloons for significant Birthday

Does not appear to be honest business if balloon order was placed and NOT DELIVERED. NOT EVEN LATE. Website says they take orders and have 24-hr. customer service. No one answered even when trying to phone them to check on what happened. This was to have been for a "Special" Birthday and not only was it missed as part of the fun, but got charged for it besides! Not much going on in the way of honesty, we feel.

Horrible balloons

I ordered "40" balloons for my daughters birthday. They came just short of 6pm . They were deflated. And not worth thex$140.00 price tag . i am so disappointed. I request a full refund on these cheap balloons. The pictures are yesterday delivery and this morning as they look. Laying on the floor!

Terrible results

Not only were the balloons poor quality, they couldn't even get the card right - misspellings on the card and omissions of a couple of words!!

I ordered what was named "Glittery Balloon Bouquet" - what my recipient received was anything BUT glittery! It wasn't even the colors that were portrayed in the photo. The latex balloons were deflated completely by the evening of the same day of delivery!! I called to complain about the appearance as well as the deflation and was met with "Oh well, we didn't have what you ordered and that is the way latex works". Horrible results for what I was hoping to be a fun gift for my recipient. I will NEVER order from this company again! Such a waste of hard earned money!!! The website does NOT tell you that latex only lasts 6 hours or why would anyone order them?

Undelivered balloons

Ordered balloons for son-in-law's 60th birthday. Never delivered. Said computers were down and all delivery people went home for day. It was only 5 p.m. MST. how about delivering after 5 p.m when computers were up.

Undeliverable order of balloons for birthday

I ordered balloons for my son-in-law's 60th birthday party. Called company and they said their computer was down and couldn't deliver on day of birthday as requested. At 5:00 p.m. the drivers had gone home even after computers were up but couldn't deliver because drivers went home. How about delivering after 5 p.m.? Worst company - 800 Balloons.com - 0 rating for them.. DO NOT ORDER FROM 1800BALLONS.COM OR TELEFLORA, WHO IS THEIR DELIVERY PEOPLE.

Worst company ever

I ordered a large balloon order to be delivered at my husbands work I called to make sure it would be there by 1 pm they didn’t get it there till 2:30 he left for the day at the office so he didn’t get to see them I called to get a refund and they were super rude and said they can’t expect any deliveries until no later than 3 pm Hidden information not stated on there site so if you want them earlier it won’t happen until 3pm or later like 6 pm at a home just buy local it will save you time and money what a joke

Don’t EVER order from them!

I called to ask if there are any promotional codes, the RUDE customer service representative....which she should not be, told me no and said nothing else. Firstly, she didn’t even say Thank you for calling, she said “how can I help you” in a VERY UNFRIENDLY TONE!! I asked why is there almost $20.00 added to the prices?? This little rude girl HUNG UP IN MY FACE!!! It’s not my fault you’re unhappy with your job and not smart enough to get a better job...idiot! Their prices are FALSELY ADVERTISED, they add almost $20.00 to the quoted price!! But the female customer service representative I just spoke to was a rude, incompetent WITCH! And I would call her another name because that’s how she acted! I don’t know if those calls are recorded but that piece of crap needs to be fired!! 1-800-BALLOONS JUST LOST AN ORDER BECAUSE OF THAT WITCH!!!

Completely incompetent

On 11/13/2018 I placed an order at 7:20 am E.S.T. with 1-800-balloons.com The site states that “Same Day Delivery: Orders for same day delivery should be placed by 12 PM (Noon) in the recipient's time zone” this shouldn't have been a problem since the delivery was in Indiana and we are both EST. Even though this was for my sisters birthday, I didn’t want anything that said “Happy Birthday.” As my sister is in the final stages of lung cancer and has been given approximately 14 weeks to live knowing the emotional turmoil that she must have been going through that day, knowing that she wouldn’t live to see another year, she wasn’t celebrating her “Birthday,” and it surely wasn’t a “Happy” one for her. Even on the card, I wrote nothing about Happy Birthday. No, I just wanted the “Thinking of you, with Love & Smiles.” So I order the “Special Occasions Package” “Thinking of You with Love & Smiles.” should have been 12 latex 6 Mylars, then I selected the add something extra option, “Medium Bear.” The total of the order came too $124.93. I received the order confirmation at 7:25 am. E.S.T. I received the delivery confirmation at 4:00 PM that same day on 11/13/18. I waited until I got off work to call my sister at 5 PM EST, only to learn that there had been no delivery. I immediately called 1-800-balloons.com the operator tried to convince me that the delivery had taken place because they had been marked delivered. After going over the whole situation with her and how important it was that this order take place TODAY and NO the balloons weren’t delivered, she placed me on hold and tried to call the local shop in Indiana that was assigned the order, but they were closed because it was after 5 pm EST. The operator assured me that she would check into this as soon as the local shop opened the following morning and she would give me a call asap as soon as she reached someone there. (I NEVER RECEIVED THAT CALL) The following morning on the 14th (the day AFTER my sisters Birthday) Guessing that the local shop in Indiana probably opened around 8:30 -9:00 am At 9:20 am I called 1-800-balloons.com back, having to repeat the whole situation for the new operator because, apparently there were no notes or flags on that order that there was a problem with the delivery and they were showing delivered, and order was closed out. Again I was placed on hold while she called the shop in Indiana, when they had been caught first hand scamming, marking the order as delivered when it had not been delivered; they used the excuse that they tried to deliver, but there was no one home. I explain to the operator that couldn’t be true, that several people are there looking after my sister. The operator asked if I wanted them to try and deliver the balloons today ( A DAY LATE) I agreed, even though I wasn’t happy about missing her last birthday, it was gone and could never be made up for. A delivery did take place on the 14th a big bouquet of “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” balloons, but NOT what I order! The order I placed said NOTHING about Happy Birthday, again even the card I wrote said NOTHING about Happy Birthday. And on top of everything the delivery person was very unhappy and had a very unpleasant attitude, I guess because they got caught scamming and actually had to make a delivery for the $124.93 that was taken from my account. I'm beyond livid.
